We stayed here for 2 nights in early July at the end of a nearly 3-week long trip. We had booked a harbor-view room that did not disappoint. Our 7th floor room was a good size - a bit small by US standards but larger than most other French hotels we've seen. The full wall of windows and the balcony... More

Fantastic hotel on the Rue du quai. Right on the Harbour, with all the sights within walking distance- The market, the town Hall, all the local tours start within 300 meters of this hotel. The view from the room was terrific. The Notre dame on the Hill opposite was great viewing from our bed through the windows that overlooked the... More

I stayed in this hotel while working in Marseille. It is not a business hotel, but that did not matter. I had a wonderful room with a proper desk and internet facilities were good. The staff is very kind and I very mich enjoyed the stay. I will be back!

Had room 803 which is arguably the best room in the hotel. King bed and balcony with fabulous view. Great shower and big room. Spring for the rooms with the balconies if you can afford as stunning. My issue with the staff was various. You had to walk up a narrow staircase to get to my room and staff doesn't... More

Stayed mid of May for three nights at this hotel. Club room on third floor including bath room spacious, well equipped/stuffed, clean and maintained. To complain: room door didn't lock easily, shower holder not fixed, room made up although blocked by "don't disturb" label on the outside of the door. But low maintenance is regular for southern France... The view... More

This hotel is situated in a unique part of Marseille old port, the decoration is modern, the service professional, however they could have made a better job in the "maintainance" part of the deal. Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed for two nights beginning on the 12th of May 2014. One night in a bar in Marseille the artists Miro and Mondrian met and after a long night imbibing copious amounts of Provencal Rose they decided to design the interior of an hotel. Well at least that's what appears to have happened in the case of the Hotel... More

A wonderful stay in the Ciel Suite with our balcony overlooking the Vieux Port and Notre Dame de la Garde. The entire staff was friendly and helpful for 2 senior-aged women with little French-speaking skills. No matter what our request was, they were there to help us. We truly had everything we needed in a great location. It's definitely worth... More

We have been disappointed on a number of occasions when we well- reviewed hotels have not lived up to their reputations so our hopes are never too high. This hotel to be every bit as good as it had been described. We had a fifth floor room with a wonderful view(even from bed) and an enclosed balcony. The room itself... More

Here for five nights for business. Fantastic view, pleasant and bright room. Definitely splurge for the view. Enjoyed the sitting chair for bouts of work during my stay. Very clean. Love the l'occitane toiletries provided. Breakfast was expensive, but perfect both in selection and ambience in the breakfast room. Excellent cheeses, yogurts, breads, eggs, cereal, and excellent fig jam. Nice... More
