Pleasantly near to the station and metro so easy to get out and around. Room was very good with kitchenette though I didn't use it. Could have no complaints about any aspect to be honest. Did not have the hotel breakfast.

If you are a trainspotter you'll love the views from the rooms overlooking all the TGVs in the station. Anyone else - avoid it!
Staff were impersonal - chatting on the phone (on a social call) for 20+ minutes while guests were waiting to check in. Breakfast area was small, crowded and you had to clean a table yourself to...

We passed by this hotel for a night on our way to Spain, it offered good value for what we needed. The location is not fabulous but acceptable, wireless is only offered in the hotel lobby, which is a bit inconvenient, Reception was closed between 12 and 2, so was the main entrance... VERY odd and inconvenient.
Located right behind the train station in a very unattractive street.
Positive: Large rooms, sufficient toiletries, bathrobes, combi-oven in the kitchenette, supermarkets nearby, near the train station & buses.
Negative: Street is full with parked cars, so parking very difficult if not impossible. Impersonal reception, cheerless building and dreary corridors. They make you pay for the room upon arrival. Very...

As previously said the area is not amazing but the location (for transport) is perfect, the hotel is clean and warm and the staff are extremely helpful. I needed a plug adaptor and they found me one within seconds. Would certainly go back there.
I appreciate my room was really clean. The area, where the hotel is situated, does not look very nice, but the hotel is very good. I would reccomend it to people, who travel from other parts of France to the airport of Marseille. It is very close to the bus, rail-way station and also to the airport's transfer. Even if...

My wife and I spent 2 nights at the Citea and couldn't praise it highly enough
Pros:
- excellent location 5 minute walk to main station and bus stations ( in same building) and 20 minute walk to the city and harbor. There is also a supermarket nearby.
- room was modern, near new, spacious and clean and had a...

A large, new, characterless building about a hundred yards from the station, with rooms with kitchen areas, which would be useful for someone staying for several days. I was only there for one night, and the main thing was that the hotel was near the station. All a bit impersonal, but suited me fine. Efficient staff.
If you're going to...

The room was really modern and clean with cooking facilities (stove/utensils etc.)
TV in the lounge and in the room along with wired internet access.
The bathroom was very big (for European standard) and a hot towel rack was also available. No hairdryer though. Not enough mirror around the room (except in the bathroom)
It is around 5-10 minutes walk...

We were in Marsaille for a short time. We arrived on a Wednesday evening and leaving Thursday evening. The hotel was about a 5 min walk to the train station, and close to the metro for us to get around. The room was a reasonable rate and very clean. I would recommend this French chain for any travel in France.
