Really recommend the apartment. It's new, modern and chic. And reasonably priced. The best part of the hotel is also because of the location and a proper secured car park nearby. Very impressed with the the reception staff and congratulate them for being attentive to customers needs. Happy to visit them again soon!

A group of about 80 of us stayed here for 4 nights in Feb. The rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet was plentiful and very good. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Hotel is conveniently located to everything in the old port area for museums and cafes. We had not problems in the neighborhood.

The cleaning staff is excellent, and some of the reception staff was really helpful, others were put out by the simplest of questions or needs. The light level in the rooms is so low, I literally had to buy new light bulbs to do any work. The ventilation system is poorly installed, allowing it to noisily vibrate. If you happen... More

Very good hotel. A short walk distance (15 minutes) from the train station and from vieux port. Very friendly staff. Complete rooms, with a complete kitchen. Free and good wifi in the room. The breakfast is good, but expensive (11 euros)

At first site you wonder about the neighborhood but it is under major renewal and is in fact a great location. Adagio seems brand new everything works perfectly. Comfort clean and modern. We had the best room 511 with huge sunny terrace where we had lovely meals. In house breakfast is delicious. Or traditional boulangerie within 100m and big Monoprix... More

This apartment-hotel is conveniently situated a short walk or tram ride from the Vieux Port -- much better to we a bit away from that sometimes-frenetic area. The rooms are well appointed in contemporary style. I found the staff most helpful, right down to locating the adaptor I left in my room earlier today, One less positive point: the wifi... More

I spent a week in Marseille last July. As always, when traveling for pleasure, I look for hotel located near the main attractions (walking distance). My main goal was to be close to the old port but the price of hotels directly on the port where a bit much for my budget. I chose the Adagio which was fairly close... More

I was staying for one night while on business to Marseille. I had booked the studio apartment, which consists of a compact kitchen, which was incredibly well equipped with everything from stove-top (two rings), microwave and dishwasher with cutlery, knives and pots - even a coffee machine. This is one of the best equipped apart-hotels, I have seen in a... More

1 – Unsafe location: Our room was broken into and 2 cell phones and a suitcase were stolen. 2 – Terrible management: Management told us they were not responsible for the break in. Apparently they checked their security cameras and claimed the perpetrator climbed in through the window. We were informed they do not carry insurance. We weren’t even given... More

If you stay for a longer period - you might find yourself hunting for the opportunity to use the washing machine / dryer (just one of each available). Also the hotel parking is actually a public parking across the street and this can be the cause of some discomfort. There is a secure garage in the hotel building but somehow... More

Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with your last stay at Adagio Marseille old port. I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay. We attach great importance to the service provided to our customers. I however have taken note of your disappointment over the parking lot.
