we stayed for 2 nights in Sept and found the hotel to be quiet and stylish-the staff were helpful and unobtrusive and it wasnt far from the harbour or the shopping in Rue de Rome etc It isnt in the greatest of areas but where is in Marseille and it wasnt far for us to get to Gare St Charles-overall... more

We had the same experience. Also booked through venere.com, all the pictures of the hotel looked great there, but we probably stayed in the exact same room as cruisingjanet ,in the 4th floor, which was a bit disappointing, compared to the pictures we had seen.
