Finding the hotel is a bit tricky as there is no parking near the hotel. 'To pay' overnight parking is a distance away from the hotel. If you have too much luggage it can cause a problem. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. There is wifi. Close to shops and restaurants and ancient amphitheater. Not bad.

Hotel l´Herbier is a nice small hotel located in the center of Orange. Accessing it by car might be a bit tricky as you´ll have to drive past the pedestrian zone, stop you car right in front of the city to unload your baggage (and hope that no one will be driving through the street at the same time :-)... Stayed here as a family (one double room, one triple) for an overnight stop on the way to the Med coast. Had seen that the hotel could be difficult to get to, so when we got to Orange we parked up in the main boulevard and just walked a couple of minutes through the pedestrian area to the hotel. Very... I spent one night in this Hotel and I can say that there is only one plus about it - breakfast. Not all rooms are renovated. We stayed in room with very small bathroom where even I with my 158 cm tall had problem with the space. Room was not very well clean up.

We came for one night, the hotel is an old building locate at the center. just for the challenge to take a bath I'll give them all my credit, kind of experience .the worm wether hits us, and their was no air condition, so the owner gets us a ventilator, to be chill .the owner is so nice and very... We were a group of 3 people who stayed for 3 days. The first 2 nights we had a very comfortable room with two double beds. It was large and very clean, with a window looking over the courtyard. The second night we had two separate double rooms. This was a much smaller room on the ground floor with a... More

L'Herbier d'Orange has a perfect location in the city centre. It is located on a beautiful small square, one minute away from the Roman Theater. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a triple room, poorly decorated and very worn out, especially the bathroom. The window faced a wall at the backyard. Very disappointing, given the "Provence... More

Only 16 rooms. Everything was very clean and the Inositol was very nice. The hotel is the perfect getaway for it's price. It's centrally located in Orange. The staff were friendly and helpful despite the fact I did not speak French . I'd only recommend not getting the breakfast because of limited options. The courtyard outside the front door has... We stayed in orange for one night to see the theatre and visit this area of Provence which we had missed on previous trips. This small 16 bedroom hotel suited us perfectly we had the very quiet room 2 on the way to the first floor with a view over the courtyard garden. The hotel manager was all that you... More

This hotel is great! I has a perfect location right in the middle of town. Our room was very clean, pretty furnished and well-spaced. It looked like it was newly renovated. Our window led out to a garden-area with tables and chairs. I don´t know if this was a part of the hotel restaurant or breakfast area, but it was... More
