Previous reviewers who have commented on Trudy and Mathieu's wonderful Villa are spot on! Do ignore reviews before 2012 as the villa was run by different people. This is truly an oasis and Trudy and Mathieu are lovely! Of course, being Dutch, they speak excllent English and i bet their French and German is brilliant as well! We too had... More

Last minute we ended up staying with Mathieu and Trudy. It was no problem for them that we would arrive late in the evening. They showed us to our beautiful room, with a gorgeous old bathtub in it. So lovely! In the moning we could enjoy a really nice breakfast by the poolside. They recommended us restaurants in the area,... More

We stayed last weekend. Both Trudy and Matthieu were really nice at reception. We found the house so beautiful, charming that we should not go out. Quite and calm place, with stylish blankets, comfortable bed. We would not expect this from our original booking by internet. We really loved it and we will go again with our dogs (as they... More

I stayed in this excellent Chambre d'hôtes for a few days and truly loved it. Trudy and Matthieu have only recently taken over the management of the place and are working hard to make it a gem. The rooms are all gorgeous, spacious and with a personal touch (I had a peek in some of the other rooms too), the... More

We chose Villa Aurenjo as it is centrally located in Orange, the Provence. It's just a few minutes away from the A7 (Route du Soleil). We booked in advance for a 5 day short break. From the moment the gate opened, we were very pleasantly surprised by the great location and above all the hospitality of the new management. Trudy... More

We stayed here for two nights on route to Aix en Provence. I should have listened to some previous reviewers regarding the hostess but thought no one owning a business could be that bad. We arrived early knowing we would not be able to check in but just wanted to know if we could perhaps leave the car and explore... More

I stayed here with a large group of friends which was perfect as you could all wander around and talk to each other and it felt very homely - left on own to make own breakfast and coffee etc but that made it all the more relaxed. Nice to sit by pool & relax. The rooms were great and all... More

We stayed at Villa Aurenjo after travelling around Provence for a week. I had booked the room over the internet for around €80. We had the Iris room and it was wonderful. The bed was enormous, fresh linen sheets, the bathroom beautiful - with a fantastic open shower. We spent a few hours by the pool in the afternoon before... More

The breakfast is horrible. Not at all what one expects to recieve in & B & B anywhere in the world. It seems to be disorganised. Decoration is lovely.?? But .... With one chair for a double room, sinks that don't drain, small towels, no shower curtains I would not recommend it. Although I speak french fluently along with other... More
