Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to France! The hosts Gerard and Annick went over and above to ensure our stay was a very enjoyable experience. They provided us with helpful information about the area, and were always there to answer any questions we had. Plus this hotel is near the station,10 mins walk... More

Charming hotel. Located right by the train station. The rooms were small but had good beds. The bathroom was a bit small, but does that matter? Delicious breakfast. We would like to stay for one moore night, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. 10 min walk to the beautiful little town, Orange. Recommended!

A short 10 - 15 minute walk from the Theatre Antique, the Citotel de Provence is a good place for an overnight stop. The rooms benefit from air conditioning, which would be a boon in the hot summer nights. Rooms are of a fair size, clean, and with comfortable beds. Service was friendly and efficient, and a good breakfast buffet... More

We stayed here as an overnight break for a long journey to the south coast. We booked a family room through Booking.Com and were given a suite of 2 rooms (double and twin) which was ideal. Would recommend to others. Plus its only a 10 min walk from the centre.

A shabby hotel too close to the railway station, we could hear the voice declaring when the trains arrived and left. There is no elevator. In our room there was a smell of sewer from the bathroom. Small room with uncomfortable beds. Nice breakfast though.

It was a super place. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great location! Very clean. Staff extremely helpful and kind. My wife had fallen and hurt her leg. We had an ice pack (poche de glace) to be kept frozen. Staff had no problem keeping it in the freezer for us. They didn't mind getting it for us whenever... More

We stayed two nights at the hotel and felt extremely well cared for. The room was charming, as was the breakfast room and the private garden at the front of the hotel. We had intended to only stay for one night and catch an early morning TGV back to Paris, but the recent SNCF strike meant there were no services... More

The things I liked: excellent helpful staff; helped me carry large suitcase up to second floor since the hotel does not have an elevator; Great location near train station and not too far from center of town; Very quiet area at night; Clean and crisp sheets and bedding; Nice size room with desk, chairs, lighting over bed; air conditioning worked...
