We stayed here as an overnight break for a long journey to the south coast. We booked a family room through Booking.Com and were given a suite of 2 rooms (double and twin) which was ideal. Would recommend to others. Plus its only a 10 min walk from the centre.

A shabby hotel too close to the railway station, we could hear the voice declaring when the trains arrived and left. There is no elevator. In our room there was a smell of sewer from the bathroom. Small room with uncomfortable beds. Nice breakfast though.

It was a super place. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Great location! Very clean. Staff extremely helpful and kind. My wife had fallen and hurt her leg. We had an ice pack (poche de glace) to be kept frozen. Staff had no problem keeping it in the freezer for us. They didn't mind getting it for us whenever... More

We stayed two nights at the hotel and felt extremely well cared for. The room was charming, as was the breakfast room and the private garden at the front of the hotel. We had intended to only stay for one night and catch an early morning TGV back to Paris, but the recent SNCF strike meant there were no services... More

Quaint little Hotel. The rooms were very pretty & provencal. The pool was an added bonus. Being next to the... More

The things I liked: excellent helpful staff; helped me carry large suitcase up to second floor since the hotel does not have an elevator; Great location near train station and not too far from center of town; Very quiet area at night; Clean and crisp sheets and bedding; Nice size room with desk, chairs, lighting over bed; air conditioning worked... First, I must say that the owner and his wife were very nice and very accommodating to us. We arrived very late at night and when we called ahead that morning the owner gave us instructions about how to get into our room after hours. We arrived at the hotel at 12:45 am and had no majors problems getting into... More

Rick Steves recommended this place but the owner has sold it since his 2010 edition of Provence. Good value and quite comfortable with a 10 minute walk to the theatre antique. Basic accommodation with a low cost.

Our stay at the hotel Provence was; 1) well situated to explore the city of Orange, 2) a sweet room with local charm, 3) very attentive staff. Although our room opened up onto the train station, we did not hear any noise with the windows closed. Parking was also not an issue. We enjoyed the charm of the building and... More

This hotel is close to the rail station but that does not take away from its charm. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very nice and clean. Breakfast is great -€8/person per day - all you can eat and superb croissants. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to all of the main attractions... More
