This hotel is 4km from the lovely town of Gordes. It is conveniently located to other Provence highlights. Our favorite was St. Remy. Only 1 hour away, driving through beautiful scenery. We decided to go to Provence for a relaxing holiday in France. The hotel is located in Les Imberts which is about 3km from Gordes so hiring a car is necessary, it really isnt near enough to walk. Les Imberts hasnt got much in it as it's a residential area. The hotel has a restaurant (L'Estellan) which we never tried... more

Stayed for two nights in this hotel. It was very clean and had a fabulous outdoor pool and gardens. The breakfast was good. The hotel is a fair distance from any attractions and you need a car to get around. The quaint lovely town of Gordes is about 3 miles away. Better than Gordes was a village called Venasque. We recently stayed here May 20- 22 for 2 nights. I stayed here several years ago when I did a cycling trip in Provence and purposely chose to return. Hotels in Gordes can be quite expensive and parking can be a hassle but neither of those problems exist with Mas de la Senancole. This hotel is located on the road... more

We had an overnight stop at this hotel, although listed as Gordes, which is a really attractive Procence village perched on a hilltop, the hotel is a good 2 - 3 miles from Gordes in a place called Les Imberts where there is nothing at all to see or do.
