Excellent service and over the top tasting menu for dinner. You pay for what you get but well worth it. Room is good but not excellent. Shuttle to town is great but after a couple of hours Gordes is pretty much covered. The cycling is fantastic. Murs is a nice stop for lunch.

We spent 8 days in les bories in august 2011. Exceptional hotel, restaurant that should get a second star as soon as possible, even to our belgian standards. Very kind personnel, stunning surroundings. We are going back in may 2012 and if possible again in august 2012. And masochism is not our thing:-)
