The room was nice and included a big bathroom and a small "walk-in-closet".The atmosphere at the hotel was calm and kindly with nice breakfast. The hotel Miramar is located with a great view 5 min walk from Vence´s old town. We went there in July and it never seemed overcrowded. Nice pool integrated at the property.

As others have mentioned ... very charming. This is not a luxury hotel and many of the rooms have no air-condition but ... for charm it beats many of the more luxurious hotels. Nice pool. Friendly people. Breakfast (extra) served on the terrace with a view to the coast and the mountains. You can feel your heartbeat go down.

When we arrived we had two confirmed reservations. They claimed they only had one The story kept changing as they changed our rooms around moving our luggage. One guy seemed nice but the guy was creepy apparently making believe that he did not understand even basic English words. There was no air conditioning in our upper floor room. Despite a... More

We are currently here for a week. The hotel is excellent value for money. It is extremely well located as a base to explore the cote d' azur and is a 5 min walk from the old town of Vence which has amazing restaurants for a choice of evening meal .The free parking is excellent and the hotel is only... The hotell is lovely, the view spectacular and the hosts friendly. The garden was nice and the area with pool good. Vence, the village closeby, is worth a visit alone. We felt on our arrival that the hotell was quiet and that kids were frowned upon, but this was not the issue - though the other guests were mostly adults.... More

What a lovely little hotel! We were very lucky to get a beautiful room with an awesome view on the top floor of this quaint little hotel, even though there is no lift - the view from your room makes trekking up the stairs worthwhile! The beautiful mountains one the one side and sea in the distance on the other... More

If you're debating yes or no, to book this hotel - press YES - you will not be disappointed. Fantastic location, being just a short stroll into the historic area of Vence & views that take your breath away. The hotel itself is "quaint", great hosts, beautiful terrace - breakfast is a must overlooking the stunning view. There is a... More

Delighted that we came across this Hotel. The room we had had amazing views from the bedroom and bathroom through delightful tall shuttered windows. I'd be wary of having a room upstairs with young children as the sills are low and it's a very long drop. The decor is hand painted and quite charming. We didn't use the pool but... More

We stayed here many years ago and I was delighted to find they are still in business! The rooms were spacious with large windows. We used this as a base to visit other charming villages: St. Paul de Vence (Fondation Maeght), Biot, Cagnes-Sur-Mer and spend the day at the seaside towns of Antibes (Picasso Museum) and Cannes. We dined at... More

We stayed in this lovely hotel this Easter for the first time. And we loved it. Our host Daniel was very helpful when we arrived very late, and we had a beautiful room in the second floor with the best view and small balcony on the second floor. We were lucky to have warm enough weather so early in the season... More
