Though a renovated building, it had no sound-proofing, allowing to hear your neighbours and of course all the music from the bar at the hotel's ground floor. The manager was realy rude when asked to turn low the music at 02.30 am and informed us that we could leave the hotel if we could not sleep!

Stay away from Hotel Ermitage in St. Tropez. We were using both Fodors and Frommers guide books when driving to St. Tropez. I find both these guide books to the right on when recommending a hotel, but they sure missed this time. Overly priced, dirty rooms and hallway. Bathrooms dirty, toilet didn't work. Walls paper thin!
