St Rafael is so amazing.........I went to a two star hotel,they probably award themselves those!!!!!!! Very poor bedroom in all aspect,the reception was not rude but far to be the best . Very very very bad level I think that the level should be checked properly

When we arrived at the hotel, we were abruptly informed by the hotel manager that the toilet was broken and we would not be able to stay there. We were taken to another hotel in Frejus, the neighbouring resort which was not where we wanted to stay.
