It's been a while since this hotel was last decorated, but I liked it. It's a bit of a gem of decayed seventies luxury (which I think is under-appreciated). The setting has stunning view over beautiful, if a little overdeveloped, countryside. The rooms were spacious. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was perfectly fine and served on a lovely... More

We booked this hotel via my mobile device for two nights on our way to Monaco. We needed a place that was central to Nice, St Tropez, Monaco, Cannes and a few other small towns in the area we wanted to see. The expansive property over a hill and the grand lobby of the hotel immediately gave us an impression... More

As a birthday gift from friends I was so upset upon arrival seeing the weary and drab state of this supposedly four star hotel. The only thing they have going for it is the spa and that's a maybe as didn't even stay long enough to try it. The so called junior suite was a scene from the 90s if... More

We were fortunate to stay at this hotel which provided all the comforts and beautiful accommodations. We were traveling with my daughters on a family trip and stayed at this hotel in September 2014. We had two rooms which were extremely large and each had a private outdoor swimming pool. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We could not... More

A catalogue of failings. Not a 4 star hotel at all. No porter or baggage trolley, warnings of break ins and thefts everywhere, filthy room with no hot water and worst of all that major first world problem free WiFi that does work but is as slow as dial up. Breakfast was awful and staff were surly and unhelpful. Overall... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night of our trip around the south of France. As we were celebrating our engagement we discussed this with the hotel and they were able to offer us a free upgrade to a larger room. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean with lovely views over... More

When I got here in late October I was surprised to see so little other guests. Le Mas d`Artigny used to be the top spot. Back in the days you had to spend big big buck to stay here. When I was loocking for a stay in Nice I found out that local hotels where charging 200€ plus. This hotel... More

Stayed for one night in July. The service was excellent and the receptionists very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and were upgraded to a suite. Although a little dated, the rooms were large and clean with a beautiful view from the balcony. We were two females who were worried about getting back to the hotel... More

We stayed at Mas d'Artigny for four nights, a return for us after many years. We had read the recent reviews and, unfortunately, we found the reported deterioration in the resort to be correct. The property remains one of the most dramatic locations in the area, with a view down to the sea and St Paul de Vence. But the... More

stayed there mid august for a 2-day stay, upon arrival we were given a extremely worn out room, old furnitures, dirty carpets, smelly terracce under the kitchen chimney, view on roof tiles... and this for a so called 4* hotel. rooms are 1* at best. After long discussions we were offered another room who was also very worn out but... More
