We stayed in this apartment hotel for one month in Feb/March. It is located one block from the Mediterranean and is close to Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo and more. The location couldn't be better. There were bakeries, grocery stores, butcher shops and many restaurants close by. The hotel also has ping pong, bike rentals and tennis. It has a huge... More

I stayed here for 8 days between September 7 and September 15 and I am a very happy customer. The place is 5 minutes walk from the beach. As if that's not enough, it has free parking (you know how hard it is to find parking in Nice?!), fully equipped kitchen so I didn't have to eat in the restaurant... More

this place is excellent for big families or families with kids , they have nice swimming pool and it is close to restaurants and the beach. The bad thing is they don't have room service, or daily cleaning and the reception close at 8 PM. Also when arrive the gate is closed and you have to wait for any guest... More

Stayed hear in August 2014 for a week. If you are looking for a posh hotel stay away, but if like us you want a great location to explore the beautiful south of France that doesn't cost the earth & is family friendly here may be ideal. A short taxi drive from Nice airport €30 to the hotel & €20... More

It's not a hotel but a big holiday apartment styled accommodation. It's very difficult to locate the property if you're on your own though, it is located just a few kilometers away from Nice Airport. It's location is fine for someone who wants to visit both Cannes and Nice since it is well connected by the bus which plies between... More

You book a hotel only to find out that it is a condo in a time-share complex in an average neighbourhood. NO bath towels (6 euros per person to get a kit), no toilet paper (OK, they do provide the first roll which is OK because I don't travel with toilet paper in my luggages normally...), 3.5 euros per day... P&V is not really a hotel, but more like a complex of time-share apartments. It lacks: restaurant, 24/7 reception, and shop. It is also a 15 minutes walk away from a decent place to buy everyday necessities. The beach is about 5 minutes away, and that goes for restaurants as well. The taxi to Nice will cost you +30 EUROs... More

The apartment is quite nice, neighborhood is nothing special - just blocks of appartments and harbor. The apartment was newly equipped, but the room was not so spacious, there was one sofa-bed and a bank bed. What I see as a disadvantage are opening hours of reception, as the reception is closed at 7 p.m. which can be a problem.

Thanks to misunderstanding with our friends, we ended up in two room apartment, just the two of us. It was spacious, with more than decent kitchen. As this apparthotel is used for living, although it was not even early season, there were people in the hotel. There was a garage and the whole compound was protected by fence. It is... More

When both the refrigerator and the toilet in our vacation rental ceased to function on the same day, we needed to relocate quickly. Pierre et Vacances to the rescue! We booked a one bedroom at the Residence Heliotel Marine online. When we arrived, the accommodations more than met our expectations. The rooms, especially the bath, were spacious and nicely decorated,... More
