If you want a warm welcome and discrete attention to detail Le Roquebrune is the hotel for you. Patricia, her sister Marine and Francisco could not do enough for us. The rooms have an individual charm and the food delicious and beautifully presented. The views are breathtaking and you have a sense of a place unchanged by the fast pace... More

A warm, genuine welcome from our gracious host Patricia, was the start of a thoroughly enjoyable three night stay. Our room "ciel sur mer" was comfortable, with a full bath shower and bidet. The stepped terrace complete with plants, climbing flowers, bushes and table and chairs is very private and romantic. The view of the sea and the beach below... More

To be completely honest, I loved this hotel and the people running it. Small, intimate, personal. We took the bus and ate in Monaco most of the time. Except that one night where we got lazy and had dinner in the hotel. Fish fillet and salad for two plus soft drinks (no alcohol) costed EUR120. We were not happy. But... More

Due to some logistic issues, we weren't able to actually stay at Hotel Le Roquebrune. I want to recognize the great service Patricia, manager at the hotel, and her team provided to me. She went out her way to make sure my husband and I were taken good care of at the alternative hotel. As someone who values attentive and... More

Rooms with breathtaking views and a very pleasant restaurant with perfectly cooked fish. The flambéd peaches are worth the stay. Very pleasant owners and a comfortable bed, free wifi and a perfect (huge) breakfast taken on the balcony or in your room on your own balcony all make this a gem of a place. Parking outside the hotel if you... More

Stayed at the hotel in July as part of a holiday to the Cote d'azur. The hotel itself is comfortable and clean and the rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The restaurant area has a wonderful balcony overlooking the sea which is stunning for breakfasts. I would say that the hotel has probably seen better days, although it does... More

We stayed in this hotel as part of our tour of the French Riviera and loved every minute spent in it. Our room had a private balcony with the most breathtaking views. The decor in the room was old fashioned (not outdated!), a mixture of antique furniture with a modern shower and bathroom. The room was very clean with a... More

After reading reviews on this hotel, including looking at pictures, we could no wait to visit. I feel bad to write the following, because I am not a very critical person - but staying at other hotels in this area as well (and comparing all of them) - hotel le Roquebrune was a big disappointment for us (and also the... Family driven hotel and restaurant. The best service you can imagine. Speak well english. Be aware of the additionel cost on some beverages and food fx juice and eggs for breakfast are not included in the standard breakfast.

I have been going to Monte Carlo for a conference every year since 2005 and usually stay in one of the big 5* hotels on the seafront, but this year everywhere was fully booked so we ended up staying at Le Roquebrune. When we first walked in I thought it was a little antiquated and nothing like the standard of... More
