Perfectly located near historic centre and beach. Long climb to 3rd floor. Friendly and helpfull staff. Small rooms, plenty of art and plants everywhere. Fantastic breakfast with home made marmelade. I will come back here on my next trip to nice.

Nice is not cheap, and finding a decent place within walking distance of virtually everything requires making a reservation. A couple of 77-year-old travel buddies got a good workout climbing the steps. Breakfast was nicely done.

It's a good hotel. Very well located. It's near to the Promenade des Anglais (beach), Avenue Jean Médecin (where pass the tram to the train station, there is much stores, restaurants, super market...). It's clean. The staff lend you beach umbrella and mat to take to the beach. If you don't have much luggage, you can go walking to the... More

Located in central Nice, a few blocks from the main shopping areas, the old town and the beach, this is a find. Clean and with basic facilities. You have a choice of with or without en-suite. There´s an optional breakfast in the small diningroom unless you want to have your espresso and croissant and do some people-watching at a cafe.... More

This turned to be a very good choice of a hotel (a small one, just one floor :) ). It is reasonably priced and close to the beach and the city center. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and decorated with different themes.

We stayed for 6 nights during an Indian summer (heatwave) in October. We were in Room 6, which is at the back of the hotel away from the main street and therefore quieter. It was one of the larger rooms, if not the largest, with private facilities. Not all rooms have an en-suite, so be careful to check what you... More

I have been to nice almost yearly for last 10 years.Very good accommodation. Nice location and very clean. Helpful owner. Close to beach and major shopping areas. Balcony is a nice bonus, especially that you are able to walk out and greet the sunshine!
