The hotel is a short walk from the train station which was useful (we arrived at night and walked with 2 suitcases and bags and it only took 5 minutes- saved us $ on taxi). Checked various sites for reviews/descriptions of this hotel, most said all rooms were sound-proofed and had balconies, we had 2 different rooms which had neither! The rooms were very clean. The owner, Jean Pierre was very helpful. I wouldn’t say it is “centrally” located as it is about 10 minutes from the Sea and 20 or so to Old Town. It is one block from the train station (Cannes, Monaco, etc). It was away from the noise of the tourist areas so we were pleased.... more

Room was small, slightly noisy from the road in front of the hotel (early morning dustbin lorry!) but was very clean, recently redecorated, bathroom refurbished, air conditioning provided.
