Public areas of this hotel are ok decor wise,Bedroom we stayed in was very shabby, cigarette burns on bed cover and on stained carpet .Bathroom sink had a broken plunge stopper we asked for it to be fixed,it wasnt while we were there. This is a great place for a school group. The location is very close to the train station and the tram line. The buffet breakfast is very good if you get there early enough because they do not normally refill food as it runs out. The teenage school groups make a great deal of noise nearly all the time they...

the room was ok, small but clean. staff was a little awkward, they didn't seem to know how to deal with guests whatsoever, not in an impolite way, just weird

The walls are thin and we had loud neighbors which was very unpleasant and made it impossible to sleep.
The maids would enter the rooms without knocking and, one day, didn't change our sheets but just pulled them...

Close to Train station. More of a Hostel like hotel. Lots of college age groups. Noisy...not sure where they got the picture for the hotel, but ours didn't look anything like it. The breakfast was very nominal.
We waited for two hours to get rooms, evan though our tourist guide had made reservation two days before. We were group of 55 persons. Receptionist was smalling and looked so relaxed like it wasn't his job. He had an assistent but they were just gazing in pc monitor and said that we will get rooms in 30 minutes. But...
