The first steps in this hotel were pretty surprising. We were expecting a classic hotel in the centre of Nice, but instead, we found a tiny little place hidden into a random building. Basically, a floor of this building was transformed into a cute family owned hotel. We were warmly welcomed by the staff which was a couple with their... More

This is in probably the best possible location in Nice, on a pedestrianized street among all the chi chi shops and cafes. For a two star hotel it was very good indeed - very clean, with extremely helpful people on the desk. They will bring you a continental breakfast in bed! We had a lovely little balcony with a view... We stayed here 3 nights. We loved the hotel and loved the location. I had read a lot of negative reviews about no one at the desk. Every time we went in/out of the hotel the owners were there and they were VERY nice. The room was clean and cozy.. Perfect location to beach and train station. The area and... More

First hotel of the holiday to offer a hair dryer. Room nicely designed. En suite tiny. Balcony good for people watching. Air conditioning not effective. Given access code for close and front doors but not sure what would happen if these didn't work? Great location for visiting Nice.

Well situated in central Nice close to Promenade de Anglais, lots of restaurants and shops. A small well run hotel. We had a very nice room with a balcony and a view over the street below. Air conditioning. Clean and tidy. Very helpful personnel contributed to a very nice stay.

I arrived at about 8:15 in the evening. The entry to the building was locked. There was no note or instruction as to how to proceed. Another tenant in the building let me in. I climbed several flights of stairs with my luggage only to find that the hotel itself was also locked and there was no one in attendance.... More

I spend 3 days in a hotel and i was quite surprised with service, very nice staff and nice decorating rooms because in france very often this kind of small hotels are not too interesting. Position no 1 in the heart of piedestral area. I will come back one day..

my husband, friend, and i stayed in the hotel in early september for two nights. the location is very easy to either the airport or the central train station (we caught a cab from there when we arrived, but you could take a bit of a longer walk if your luggage is light. this is not your typical hotel -... First off, we read some harsh reviews about room 5 and the hotel being just a row of rooms. We were given room 5, and it was great! Amenities like shampoo and soap, super hot water, fairly large room with a balcony large enough for 2 to sit on, overlooking Rue de Paradis! That was about it. We arrived at... More

Though advertised as a hotel this is literally a hallway with 7 rooms. There is no reception, no lobby, no nothing. Normally renting a room is fine with me but the check in process was absurd. I arrived at 8 pm ( in my booking I even noted this is when I would be arriving), and looked for a buzzer... More
