I stayed here for one night in September 2023. The room was a good size, with nice kitchen facilities - I was a little sad not to be staying longer. I found the room nice and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. I spoke with 3 different employees at reception, and they were all chatty and friendly. I would however say that the room was a little tired, and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Wow never known a swimming pool to have soo many rules. No fun for kids as no jumping, ball games or floaties, no noise basically. Plus you have to wear a swim hat which isn't stated on website and a particular swim outfit. There are no sun loungers around the pool and you aren't allowed to bring your own. There is a guard on site as all times to make sure the rules are followed but isn't a lifeguard. Also never step on the grass. The pool is in a decked area (gated) which is then surrounded by gardens and grass but no access is allowed to it. Such a waste if you love to sunbathe. The hotel room had everything we needed but didn't get cleaned in the 5 days we were there. No change of towels either. We had to ask at reception and were given 1 extra for a family of 4. There was also noise at night with the pipe work?? We would here loud running water or banging from pipes. Beautiful location but hotel could do with updating.

Great location in Nice. Close to the beach and the Casino supermarket. Food service options in the area are mediocre now. France is truly on a decline. Huge point of contention: no internet for my whole stay. (-1 point). Guys? This is not the Mekong jungle! This is Nice, France! It’s 2023 where 5G connections are cheap enough as a backup for such a situation. Absolutely unacceptable. In terms of Platinum (or Diamond) ALL privileges, none. No upgrade. (I had to sleep on a mini bed stacked beside another mini bed and live in fear of falling on the ground in the middle of the night). (-2 points for ruining my sleep and not having availability based on communicated preference). Breakfast for status? No free breakfast. Nothing. Granted I did negotiate a breakfast but more on that later. In terms of breakfast quality. Fine. Having to ask the GM to allow this is not really acceptable (-1 point). Stay was ok except for the extra 40€ I had to pay for internet access on my own devices. What the hell? So ghetto. Amenities: They have an iron that they can loan you. Hair dryer in the room. Plug that will accommodate Hong Kong, American, Aussie and other plugs also available in case you forgot this. Staff are relatively nice (more on that below). Can’t beat the location or affordability. On checkout it was a bit of a surprise that I had to fight with the staff on my breakfast granted by the GM. Are you on crack, mate? Is your manager on crack, mate? Ruined the stay. (-1 point). Anyways it resolved after some friction that I should not have had to suffer. I’ve suffered enough!!! Would I come back? Absolutely not. I will never go back to ANY Adagio property. As ALL Platinum I get nothing. So what’s the point? The Ibis about 100 meters down the road gives way more support and had functional internet the whole time.

I don’t usually give bad reviews but this one must be done as i feel others could be in the same situation. First, they say they’ve got parking. They don’t! You have to park on the street or in a car park near the aparthotel and pay €20 p day.I called the reception to ask for guidance on where park the car and no one answered. So if you need help from them you’re not getting it. Second: there’s not enough hot water for even 1 person if you have long showers. My partner went after me and there was no hot water. I probably took a maximum of 7 min. Make sure your shower take less than 4 min Also the hairdryer doesn’t work properly it turns off every 60 seconds and you have to wait.So save an extra 1 hour just to dry your hair before you go out. Third: There was a leaking on the air conditioner. And the air conditioner was placed right over de bed. So we had to move the bed to make sure we Could sleep without waking up soaked the next morning. Well… all of it plus the receptionist. I dont know if she didn’t know what she was doing or she just didn’t want to be there. I arrived she asked my name , went to the system and said i had no reservation there. Asked my confirmation email then magically found the reservation. When we addressed the issues she just gave a few excuses And said nothing could be done. It was just an awful experience and the fact we paid €130 for a night there its even more revolting

The hotel is in an excellent location, fast connection with transport, every part of Nice can be visited on foot, the Promenade is just across the street. It can be reached very quickly and easily by tram. Spacious rooms, kitchen and toilet fully equipped. The description of the offer is realistic. WiFi excellent. Friendly staff, willing to help. We will be back for sure. All recommendations!

Good location, near to resteraunts, supermarkets and tram stop. Rooms had a small kitchen with basic utensils, nice fridge. Bed was very comfy, shower a bit small but adequate. Breakfast items were basic, cereals, cheese, meats, jams, and ability to boil your win eggs. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Tammi and Marianna. Would defiantly stay again excellent value for money.

Absolutely incredible stay and amazing location to walk to the beach in less than 3 minutes! The staff are incredible, both Oceane (what a beautiful name!) and Melissa were so friendly and professional. They were able to allow us to check in early and even kindly upgraded our room! I would 100% go again and stay at the same hotel. It was great!

This apart-hotel as suggested by other reviewers photographs well on their site but is in fact quite tired and dated. It is well located close to the tram stop and a very short walk to the promenade. The duvets were very dirty and there was a smell from the shower room. The room seemed superficially clean but on inspection it could have been cleaner. If staying here I would suggest getting earplugs as the main road with tram is right outside the street-side windows. Others have commented on issues with the staff, we found them ok to deal with. Prior to our visit I did have to email them three times to receive an answer to a question. I would suggest staying here if it is a bargain and you don't mind the above. There is another hotel nearby that is far superior (we moved there) and it was the same price.

Well located hotel right next to tram stop which was handy, room itself good, bed was comfortable enough and the balcony facing the Main Street below was nice to sit at in an evening.would recommend this hotel although a couple of the front desk staff could work on their indifferent attitudes when asked simple questions about regular tourist activities
