Hotel Campanile has wonderful, accommodating and friendly staff in Stephanie, all the girls at the front desk, and the helpful housekeeping ladies. Stayed in late July, and could not have picked a more central, purse friendly option. The room itself was quite small for a wheelchair user, but the bathroom was more than adequate and quite spacious. The bed can... More

Had a triple room - small but sufficient - nice bathroom with a great shower. Good housekeeping. Friendly staff on front desk - WIFI ok. Good A/C. Great location - two minutes walk from bus stop (got the bus from the aiport - €6.00) Very quiet at night - five minutes walk from lots of bars/restaurants - 10 minutes walk... More

Location is good as the airport bus stops nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants, a good Monoprix supermarket, good museums and parks all within walking distance. The "Promenade des anglais" and the stone beach are located lesser than 2 kilometers away. Now, the hotel is a "Campanile" one. That means a budget hotel so that you cannot expect much... More

We loved the location of this hotel, right on the tram path and just beside Old Nice, about 15 min walk to the ocean. Room was very clean, front desk staff were always helpful. Internet worked well for the first 2 days but then I started getting error messages for my last 2 days.

It was a pretty good stay.the room was small, but it was clean. The staff was friendly. A little too expensive for what we got. The location was nice though, it was really in the middle of the city. A nice hotel for us

We both the most wonderful 6 days in Nice, and this hotel made it even better. We didn't sample the breakfast as eat out every morning. The bus stop was just over the road and for 1.50 euros one way you could go all the way to Monaco (45 mins) beware, the buses do get crowded so be prepared to... More

Cons -found ants in bathroom -ants in bed (they supposedly "sprayed" but didn't fix anything) -wifi codes required every 24 hours (more like every time you connect) -miserable staff -rooms are too small, even by European standards. Pros -good location

First of all, we liked the area. The museum is really worth a visit. Place Garibaldi was nice for a glass of rosé, but go somewhere else for food (except the nice small restaurant in the corner towards the antique quarters). Hotel staff was polite and check in was fast. Our room was so small, could hardly fit our bags.... More

While touring by motorcycle this hotel was a welcome stop over for 2 nights. Secure parking for the bike, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Despite being opposite the airport we were not disturbed by this, day or night. Staff were helpful and polite. A good location to explore Nice, Monaco, Cannes and St. Tropez. Wi-fi was reliable and fast.
