I stayed for three nights in December. Got a great 3 for 2 price. The hotel is well located close to the old town and easy to find (5 mins walk) from Gare Routiere the bus station where the 98 airport express terminates. We had no problems but the rooms are VERY SMALL and have a tiny open fronted wardrobe and NO DRAWERS. O.K. if you are willing to live out of a suitcase(The rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter if you want to leave your window open but are smaller than the rooms at the front) More than adequate... more

Had a nights stop over in nice before heading home. Close to bus station where buses to go Nice Airport early in the morning. OK hotel will easily be forgotten. Had to wait for 30 min before room was ready as aparently we were 'too early'..... at 14.30 in the afternoon. I wouldn't stay here again. more
