Small compact residence. Convenient to the beach and Carfourre Express supermarket about 10 minutes walk down the hill. No facilities on site except for a small swimming pool. Car park spaces are very tight even for a Clio.

On the plus side: The immediate surroundings and the residence itself are quite lovely with mediterranean gardens; on the upper floors and if you're lucky, you'll have a lovely sea view. On the minus side, the residence is not very centrally located (you'll need about half an hour to get into Nice centre), reception is only staffed from 10 to... More

It is a typical Maeva in that it is in a good location and value for money and now also includes towels and sheets in the price but do not expect the apartment to be serviced while you are staying. It is an apartment, not a hotel so don't expect hotel service. Reception friendly and helpful but only open limited... More

Thank you for a lovely stay. The residence is wonderful, the garden is very beautiful, the service is excellent, the staff friendly. Surrounded by a garden, the birds are singing around a sea of flowers, quiet, cozy corner. Unfortunately the weather is not allowed to swim in the pool, but the pool itself is very decent. Thank you for a... More

The garden view was fabulous! I guess most of rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs, so it was a great pleasure to have coffee early in the morning looking on Nice down there and sniffing the wonderful air. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, a lot of storing place everywhere - cabinets, shelves, closets, nothing... More

We've had to live after one day and a couple of arguments with the staff. No consideration for any of our requests They have a one shoot sales strategy (they know you'll only come once anyway) so they didn't care for your comfort. It's a must to experience the worst services in the world!!!

Nice place to stay if you are traveling with a budget in mind. Place is far from the city so it was difficult to get a commute. Although the a walk to the city is always a pleasure. Beach is quite close.

To find the accommodation was not easy. Everything that you need you have to pay with excessive amount of money, for example tower set for one person cost 6 euro,so if it is family of 3 , then 18 euro, small cleaning kit 5 euro. And they include half of toilet roll for 3 people for 5days, reception was not willing... More

This accommodation is a long walk from the centre of Nice, during the day buses operate at 1.50 euros each way per person but I have no idea how to get back to the apartments after 9pm no bus service was obvious. It took us approx 30 mins to walk from the centre of town up a steep hill. The... More

Great little place. When you look from the balcony most family’s set up their tables on the balcony and prepare and eat their food there. There is not a great choicel locally for eating out however a small bus ride into nice and you have everything you could possibly wish for.
