My wife, son and I stayed in this hotel while on a three day visit to Nice. The hotel is only 200m from the train station and is very easy to find if you walk straight out of the station, across the street, and down a level to Rue Belguique. Then turn left to the next intersection,  Rue Pagonini, and... More

I spent 5 days at this hotel at the beginning of December. The location is all right, quite central, the sights are in walking distance. But the room stank. It was damp. It smelled like it hasn't been aired for a week at least. That really killed our mood. Of course you don't spend a lot of time in your... More

We chose this hotel as we needed a hotel near the railway station in order to go on by train in the morning and.It is very near to the station. We do not agree that the area is 'seedy'. If you are abroad you are the foreigner and things will be different from your own country, The desk clerk was... More

We felt really welcome at this hotel. the staff were always warm and smiling in a sweet humble kind of way. the front office to the cleaning staff were all very polite. they also did housekeeping everyday! fresh towels everyday! The young kid who was always on the evening shift gave me hot water for my hot drink as there... More

This is a 2 star hotel. Stayed here with my Husband. Our room was TINY, the double bed was uncomfy, the room was stuffy, cramped but the aircon worked well, its so small though you can’t relax in your room, its too small! Bathroom is tiny with a handheld shower!!! Hotel is located in a seedy part of town. You... More

Hotel is very close to train station but you probably will be scared to walk near it. Avoid to walk near it in the night. If you need a laundry, there is one in front of hotel. Staff speaks English but they will insist to talk in French, even when you ask a question in English. Room is ok, there... More

This hotel is a short walk from Nice Ville Station and we really enjoyed our stay here. You can leave your baggage at the hotel if you arrive before 2pm which we did. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the bathroom and room in General was spotlessly clean. This hotel is great value for money and in a fantastic... More

This hotel is very convenient to the train station but was not noisy. We had trouble connecting to the internet and needed help with getting train schedules and finding an adapter since we'd left ours at the last hotel. The man at the desk was very helpful and really saved us some stress! I'd highly recommend staying here if you... More

We stayed at Trocadero hotel just for one night as we have to take a train next day to Montpellier. I've picked this hotel for my family as it was close to the train station but when we actually arrived there we've noticed that around there was a lot of not nice people standing in the corners and we felt... We enjoyed our stay here..good sized room and bathroom. Aircon worked well and staff downstairs were helpful. In walking distance of tram to the beach and a Landry across the road for washing clothes mid trip! The only downside was this god awful smell lingering in the elevator and hallways...so bad, we had to try to hold our breath on... More
