We enjoyed our stay here..good sized room and bathroom. Aircon worked well and staff downstairs were helpful. In walking distance of tram to the beach and a Landry across the road for washing clothes mid trip! The only downside was this god awful smell lingering in the elevator and hallways...so bad, we had to try to hold our breath on... More

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the balance price-quality was very good for only a 2 stars hotel. The location is very good -close to the station (but there was a quiet area) and the access to the center of Nice is very good. The linen was clean, the towels were changed every day, there was hot... More

Hotel Trocadero is just a quick walk from the train station or the bus stop (to/from the airport). I stayed only a few nights and enjoyed the single room that i was given. The hotel is close to many restaurants and has supermarkets and laundry very nearby. It is a little bit of a walk down to the main promenade... More

We stayed at this hotel btw June 28-July2 2014, a family of four. Our room was quite big and had a bathroom with bathtub. The room facilities (aircondition, cleaning, FREE WI-FI etc.) was enough. We received the air conditioning remote control on the day of arrival, we did not have any problem. The front desk staf were nice and really... More

Stayed there two nights. First night in a double room. It was on the first floor, tiny and only had a window that was blocked with metal doors. And the whole floor smelled like sewage... Reseptionist was grumpy and not service minded. Second night we had a much nicer twin room, good size and a balcony! The reseptionist this day... More

Stayed here recently and had a good stop, it is a bit of a 'Upmarket backpacker come budget hotel' but not bad for an overnight stop. Location: Okay, next to train station and tram stop which is very handy for getting into the tourist area, it is a bit of a walk (15 mins) though on foot. General surrounding area... More

I stayed here with my girlfriend for two nights during a stay in Nice. The room was clean, but the bathroom had an unfortunate scent all the time. Reception staff was very good and spoke good english. The area around the hotel was a bit dodgy at night, but very good location if you're traveling by train (Nice Ville). All... More

I could leave a good review for this hotel if it wasnt that expensive...i think for that price they should make an effort if its not on the size of the rooms maybe on the services... soooo overpriced the room is really small and the bathroom tiny (you can almost pee and brush your teeth at the same time) There... Location excellent on a fairly quiet street just a moments walk from Nice-ville train station and connecting bus services with the airport. Area had a reputation for being a bit dodgy at night but didn't have any problems, there's just some youths who hang about at the local convenience stores but all was fine. The staff were pleasant, very friendly,... More

First of all, we are welcomed by a not quite nice staff, I would not say he is rude but he is not helpful and always disappeared from the counter. This was quite inconvenience as the hotel required the guest to return the keys as they left the hotel and request the cards again when they come back. The toilet... More
