This Hostel is up in the hills above Nice. I based myself here and stayed just 2 nights. I had picked up a rental car from Nice airport (my first time driving in France - so was a full on drive!) and made it to the hostel where I was happy to chill out the rest of the afternoon, and... More

Was here for 7 days with my brother. As an experienced backpacker I have to say this hostel has definitely seen better days. It's current state is: - Dirty (everywhere basically. Staff don't clean the common areas properly. You'll find the breakfast room full of trash from the night before) - Smelly (that's the first thing I noticed) - Noisy.... More

That did not quite happen but the tag line behind the heading is that as you will see posted near the Reception is that this hostel is one of "Europe's Famous Hostels". Now I had previously stayed at about 4 of the other places in this group and was quite looking forward to staying here for a weekend of sunbathing.... More

Stayed here for 1 night in June. I'm glad we didn't book the 3 nights here. Had a private ensuite double Room which was big enough. Bathroom tiny, and the shower was so small that water went everywhere. Bed was comfortable and they give you sheets and towels. Wifi didn't reach the room which was annoying, and also didn't work... This is the worst place to stay in nice. After traveling to barcelona, athens, lisboa, valencia, paris and more...having a curfew in a hostel...WHAT A JOKE!! You cant be out of the villa, staying in the gardens after 10pm, and if you do the security will come see you, you are not allowed to make any noises after 10! Also... More

Great place to meet fellow travelers. Great happy hour and rooms were clean for a hostel dorm. Service was good and the staff was helpful if you wanted to set up daily excursions. However I could not justify the price in the future because it is a bit to far of a hike if you miss the tram at night... More

This hostel is very welcoming and polite. They have shuttles that come often and take you right to the train stop. There informative and have available excursions you can sign up for. The rooms are nice- small and quaint, third floor definetly with the best view. The longue bar area is big and modern, and the food they have is... More

I can't give the hostel a completely negative review. The shuttle service to the team stop is great, it's in a good neighborhood, cheaper compared to other hostels, breakfast is included... But the hostel was in absolute disgusting conditions as far as it's cleanliness. There was the same trash in the bathroom sink from the first day I got there... More

for me it was the best hostel i have ever been to!!! everybody was very friendly and it was very cheap. it's easy to get to the city with the tram and the shuttle to the tram runs every 15 min. at night you meet a lot of very nice people at the bar where you get beer for one... More

This hostel was disgusting. There were cockroaches in the beds, the rooms were the size of a closet and the bathroom was nicer than the room. I signed up for their sailing excursion and it was falsely advertised. I wasted 64€ and my last day in Nice on a "sailing" trip. They advertised a 58-foot sailing yacht, when I arrived... More
