The location was excellent; a stones throw from the beach and promenade des anglais, close to the Albert 1er park, and near the place Massena. The other big positive for us was the cleanliness, the room was kept spotless. The staff were helpful and willing to find out information for us if they couldn't answer straight away. On the downside,... More

We had a nice 3 bedded room with a small balcony which had a fantastic view across the garden and then down to the sea. The hotel is basic but very central for walking around Nice, which is absolutely beautiful. The airport bus stops right at the door which is great. We got a good deal and i would definitely... More

the view from the hotel is fantastic! The hotel is near to all the places you need to go!!! Choose this hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money at a hotel! It's alow price if youlook for it so don'texpect a lot!!! The rooms are tiny as the most rooms at most ofother european hotels.

Good and simple hotel to stay in if you're planning to travel to Nice. It's located right next to the beach and the square. It is surrounded by both shops and restaurants that are in walking distance. Stayed for three nights on 15 - 17th dec. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations. A bit dusty while going up and down but... More

The good things about this hotel were the location (very central) and the breakfast (very good). The bad were: We were told this was a 'boutique' hotel - I now know this just means that the entrance is tiny with no proper foyer, just a little desk area in the corridor by the lift. We had requested a cot for... More

Pretty nice hotel, tiny room (but that's pretty normal in Europe) can hear people in the next room too. Beautiful balcony overlooking a park. Great location, close to the beach front and Chateau de Nice, walking distance everywhere. Renovation works happening while I was there, extremely noisy during they day but fine at night. Shower broke but they fixed it... More

Great location near beach and old city; but too high priced for quality of the furnishings. Room was too loud as it was at front of hotel on very busy boulevard. Do not be fooled by the photo on website....up close it is drab and out-dated...needs major renovation.

Very tired room and somewhat depressing. Cheap. Great location on edge of old town and a block from water. Cheap. Lack of electrical outlets. Did I mention it was the cheapest hotel in area? My room had a musty smell. Cheap. Towels were like postage stamps. I had to change my reservation in Nice several days before arrival and had... More

The hotel is good for its service and location. It is just 2 min walk from promenade de angle, and 5 min walk to old town where you can enjoy breakfast of dinner. It is also close to beached, shopping and all the staff you need in nice. The rooms are big (normally in french hotels whe rooms are very... More
