We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the hotels atmosphere and location, it's of the street and very quite, great value and Nicolas is very helpful with points to see around Nice and surrounding areas.

first time we write a comment and we don t understand how people can be mean sometimes as the hotel is lovely, clean and run by a charming young man .the room had a balcony and a newly redecorated bathroom on the second and last floor. the view from the window , with no vis a vis ,was onto the... Overpriced hotel. Strange owner lacking in people skills. Quite rude. Filthy stair carpet on spiral staircase leading up to landing. We stayed 2 nights and it was never cleaned. Dark and gloomy reception area and breakfast room. Terrible atmosphere. Wifi didn't work properly. Tiny room with damp and musty wardrobe that I would not put any clothes in. Bedside shelf... More

There is a comfort in returning to a place you know. Less tension. Fewer surprises. But here at Villa La Mouline it is more than that. The proprietors make you feel that you've come back to see old friends, and that you are welcome and everything is fine. This sense of comfort and welcome is an added luxury for travellers... More

Villa La Molouine and its owner Nicolas are a lovely respite from the madness that is Nice. Charming, quiet, clean and beautifully located down a long hidden drive in the old port and yet just a short walk to the promenade. We look forward to returning next year.Don't forget to ask about the boat ride. You won't be disappointed.

Nicholas is the asset of this property hidden in the beautiful city of Nice. Even though I only spent a few hours here to meet a colleague of mine but without any hesitation I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is visiting Nice.

Villa La Malouine, and Nicholas the owner, are never to be forgotten. As a local living in the French Riviera, I can without hesitation recommend this hidden little gem...and i do often. I have yet to meet anyone who has been disappointed. VILLA MALOUINE AND NICHOLAS ARE UNFORGETTABLE FOR ALL OF THE RIGHT REASONS. The hotel has a simple charm... More

The Malouine is tucked away down a long drive and has a lovely garden and terrace where breakfast is served in the summer months. It is unbelievably quiet at night. The owner is extremely pleasant and nothing is too much trouble. We had a small room because we arrived at very short notice and all other rooms were taken. It... More
