My daughter and I stayed here recently and found that the accomodation was adequte for the cost. Very close to beach and not that far from the train station. Our twin room included TV, bathroom and our own little kitchenette. Perfect! Kitchenette needed a good scrub down but the rest of the room was clean enough. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. I stayed at Hotel Meyerbeer Beach for 1 week during my holidays in Nice and I loved it. The staff is wonderful and the location couldn't get any better. You are close to EVERYTHING. I dont understand some of the reviews as they are obviously looking for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is close to the beach and to everything, free internet, free wi fi free tea and coffee, friendly staff, we found the rooms clean and the cleaning staff can be asked for anything. my friend and i stayed at this hotel for one night and our hotel room was broken into, the door damaged. the hotel is charging me 250 euro to repair. they have nobody on site after midnight so there is no way to know who did this, but i am paying more for this than the cost of the room... more

I was going to cancel the booking after reading some terrible reviews but with their cancelation policy which would require 20% of the entire stay to be charged anywhere up to a week before we decided to give it a chance since we were only there for three nights.
