Stayed late April for 3 nights. Hotel is in good position near the train station being only a couple of blocks away. We had large bags and it was no problem to walk to & from the hotel with them. Great base for using the train as we day tripped to Monaco, Grasse & Cannes All staff were courteous &... More

After spending many hours on trip adviser searching 3 star hotels in nice we picked the aria. We arrived by train which was a 5 minute walk away. You could walk to the beach in 10 minutes and the same to the main shopping area. The room was basic but spotless. The outstanding part was the staff who went out... More

We landed at 9pm and just needed a place to sleep so I chose a cheaper category hotel and expected much less - the hotel was surprisingly decent. Beds were slightly thin but the rooms were clean and the receptionist was super friendly. Breakfast was decent and in a cute renovated room. The receptionist had told us it was included... More

overall ok experience. the downside was the terrible noise in the backyard. apparently there is some kind of community that had some event with loud music until almost 11PM (i was told that his happens every week). if you want a good sleep, choose another hotel

Dear Madam, Sir, Thank you for having stayed at Hotel Aria. We are sorry for the noise you've heard in the neighborhood. We have investigated about this problem, and it appears that some neighbors celebrated an anniversary, which we are not responsible. For your information, there is no community in the neighborhood, and anniversary parties happen each day in each... More

We quite enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a nice location, only a short walk from the beach, and with quite a few eating options not far away. The staff were also very, very helpful with recommendations, and other items. The breakfast was ok, well stocked, but probably a little overpriced at 11 euros a person.

Lovely hotel in a great location, not far from the main train station, the old city and the promenade; kind and friendly staff that were very helpful; reception staff spoke very good English; clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was very good although I would like to have more fruits and different types of breads.

Arrived from Melbourne absolutely done in from the flight. The staff spoke good English, were exceptionally helpful, directed us to the local supermarket and other venues. Been here two days out of four but wanted to review Aria now as it is a terrific place. Breakfast was sumptuous, the venue spotless, the position very central, walking distance to the beach... More

I so wanted to give a 5 star rating to this hotel but had to settle on a 4. Firstly some of the many positives - the owners were very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. In fact all staff we encountered were polite and friendly. The hotel is a lovely old building in a good location not far... More

Loved my stay in this newly refurbished hotel. It is well located, the rooms are clean and simple and the front desk staff are very friendly. There's something about the pillows that made for a super comfortable night's sleep. It really was perfect for my short stay in Nice.

This hotel represents good value for money in Nice, which is a very expensive place in general. Our room was small and noisy and in poor condition... power points not working... broken toilet seat. The breakfast was adequate but expensive at 11 euros per person. There was nobody clearing tables or restocking the buffet so guests just chose unused tables... More
