I stayed in this hotel 3 nights. It's location is perfect, few minutes walking to the tram station which takes you to the old town within 5 minutes. The size of our room was tidy, small but reasonable by French standards. The bed was very comfortable, The bathroom was spacious with towels and toiletries and hair drier. Free wifi and... More

The location of this hotel was great: not so far from center and not so near the it. Only 10 min walking or by tram. The citys only tram stopped quite near hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were tidy but small. I think that breakfast was overpriced, you can get nice and cheaper breakfast from cafes or bakerys near the... More

My husband and I spent 4 days at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay as the staff were very helpful and friendly. Everywhere was very clean and the breakfast although average was regularly replenished. The location was perfect for visiting all the sites and we found the public transport system second to none and SO cheap compared to UK.... More

Perhaps I was given an a free upgrade but the size of my room was very reasonable, especially by French standards. it contained a double bed, bedside tables, chair, desk and luggage stand. In addition, there was a separate area containing wardrobe space adjacent to the bathroom. The bathroom was spacious with loads of hot water, towels, complimentary toiletries, shaver point... More

I brought my girlfriend to Nice for her birthday, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Nice. The hotel staff were always friendly and polite. I'd requested a specific room based on reviews of the hotel, and although they weren't able to give that exact room, they did give an identical one on the floor above, which I greatly appreciate.... Rooms in this hotel are very small. Just to fit a bed. Bathrooms are small too but nice and clean so that wasn't a big issue. Staff very friendly and helpful. Althrough this hotel is modest it has good handy location. The price is also very reasonable. So if you intending to use your room for sleeping only, this is... More

Thank you for your review. You could book superior room if you prefere to have more space in your room. For sure it is not a hotel to stay all day long. More

Room was nice, beds comfy and bathroom had a tub. You could hear street noises quite clearly. But that didn't bother us. Overall this hotels decor is quite modern and simple. It's located near the Garibaldi square, just five minutes walk to the old town and 15 minutes to the beach. And right around the corner you can find your... More

It's true this hotel isn't on the seafront, but I think that makes it a better location, offering access to the Promenade du Paillon and Old Town, and walking distance to the beach and the station, with train services to Monaco and Italy (and Cannes and the West the other way, but we didn't visit). The tramway and a really... More

Top marks to the friendly and helpful receptionist who made us so welcome and gave such great tourist advice about where to go and how to reach places in Nice we wanted to visit. The room was very small but perfect because it had a very comfortable bed, very hot bath/shower and plentiful towels. We even had a tiny balcony... More
