Excellent location near the old town. Easy walk to the beach. Friendly staff and underground parking if you book on the day of arrival. Cheap and convenient place to stay in Nice. Give it a try. You can easily walk to the old port if you want to eat there or the old town. Try the socca. A Nice speciality... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days whilst we were travelling up and down the French Riviera. The hotel appealed to us due to its excellent location. A short 10/15 minute walk to the beach front. Many restaurants and local shops around the hotel also appealed to us. It was a shame that the hotel was a let down.... More

Stayed here as part of a Topdeck trip, pleasantly surprised by this hotel, lifts were good and the room was perfectly functional a little small but had everything you needed! Everything was clean and towels were provided, the view out of the windows was lovely especially at night there was a great atmosphere on the streets below. Close to the... More

I've never been at a hotel that went so far out of their way to make guests feel cheap. Wifi was limited to one device per room via a complex security system that would've cost more to implement than if they'd just allowed a simple shared password and the additional data usage that would've come with it. We were with... More

We got a great deal in this hotel on a private members site called hotels.arktravelgroup.com. The hotel is modern clean and functional at an unbelievable price when you consider that it is only 150 meters from Garibaldi square and an easy stroll into the old part of town. The breakfast, which was included, was a very good hot and cold... More

Good Hotel at a reasonable price, location is great for access to Port and its a shortish walk to the Nice restaurants at the Eastern end of the City. Staff were friendly & helpful, we didn't use any of the Hotel facilities apart from the room. the bedroom is small as is the bathroom, everything was clean & servicing good.

Though great location (close to easy transit and Nice's Old Town), this hotel has much to work on. From quality of service to room cleanliness, it's definitely not worth the value. It's unfortunate because this hotel have a lot of potentials. Until revised management, I will not be back.

We stayed over while in transit so we did not use the hotel facilities. Everything worked as it should. The lifts were quick and everything was clean and orderly. Room coffee and tea facility was welcome and the bed was roomy and comfortable. Space would be too limited for an extended stay but no other issues at all. Location for... More
