Small and cosy hotel with family feeling in the northern part of Nice. Very nice and friendly owners. Well priced, situated in a quiet and pleasant area. Close to the tramway with the seaside in easy reach. Very nearby there's the good Brasserie Borriglione.

If you want luxury this isn't the hotel for you,but if you want a good nights sleep and a warm and welcoming athmosphere,I can warmly recommend this small hotel. Quiet location near to the tram at Borriglione, about 20 minuters walk to the city center. I've stayed here before and I will absolutely stay her again.

Villa Saint Hubert, a small 2 star hotel in a pleasant neighbourhood, is an attractive choice in its class. It has all the basic amenities one needs: good bed, shower and clean with a pleasant and helpful lady in charge. The hotel has good connections: 5 minutes from bus stop 23 to the airport and the tram stop to the... More

Very friendly and helpful staff waited for us despite our late arrival, convenient and quiet location close to tram station, 5 min tram ride to city centre, clean and spacious room with terrace, free and fast wifi.

We have been staying here several times over the years. It is unpretentious and reasonably priced, run by a friendly family. The rooms have been upgraded over the years, and the beds are comfortable. Continental breakfast is served either in the dining room or outside in he small garden. There is free wi-fi throughout. Our back room (no. 14) on... More

The hotel is located a bit far from the beach, but it takes about 20 mins to get to the city centre and only 10 mins from the station. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It's only 2 star hotel so I did not expect too much.

Stayed there one year ago, was OK. This summer made a reservation to come back... As I am arriving in Nice in the evening after a long trip I call to double check, they tell me I don't have a room anymore (at the last minute! And I had to call to find this out!). They arranged a stay for... More

Stayed at this hotel recently as we visited the Monaco Grand Prix, an excellent place to stay. Not far from the tram line they run every 4 minutes to take you to the front or the station which saved us a fortune on taxi fares. Please note the trams do not run throughout the night so noise is not an... More

This small family-style hotel is located uptown, about two kilometers from the beach, but close to the University of Nice campus. Adjectives that describe it include quiet, small (few rooms), rustic, and green (a cute garden with a few tables for reading the morning newspaper while sipping tea). The rooms seem to be renovated, although the bathrooms are still small---the... More

This small B&B is lovely and personable, the owner welcomed us and provided a great petit-déjuner each morning. Be sure to ask about the single free parking place on site. The house is lovely and the room was very well furnished and featured classic Nice-style French doors with ventilated shutters and a small balcony. The location is not downtown or... More
