A couple blocks away from the Mediterranean Sea and the boardwalk. Very convenient, however, don't expect much. The Hotel probably hasn't changed since it first opened. Beds are not comfortable but you're not sleeping in the street.

We stayed here as part of a tour and whilst it wasn't the most amazing hotel we've ever stayed at it was comfortable. Our room was quite spacious which after traveling around Europe we were pleasantly surprised with, there was enough rooms for our bags and the bathroom fit 2 of us which was also handy. The rooms are old... More

I don't have anything good to say about this hotel. Dated, toilette pump is very slow, heating either too hot or too cold. Charge for wifi. Breakfast is basically nothing. Staff are a bit weird sometimes rude. Bathtub is tiny. Location wise, only ok. 5 minutes walk to the beach. 20 to the old town centre.

Me and my class stayed in this hotel 2 nights for our trip to Nice. Surely not 3 stars room, but we found a clean room; nonetheless, a lot of rooms were too small for 3 people, the shower was broken and the wifi was 5€/room (and doesn't work well). The acceptance was quite rude (they dodn't wanted all our... More

Very nice little hotel. It was quiet, clean and cosy, and well-located in Nice - I took a five minute walk one morning and was by the ocean with a lot of cafe options for breakfast. The rooms were relatively spacious and had a lovely little balcony hanging over the street. It was also a good night's sleep - despite... More

The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The location is perfect for an easy stroll to basically any where in Nice. The breakfast was a disappointment with only ceral or youghurt as an option. Rooms need to be updates but still cosy?

This hotel should only be used as a last resort. But if you have to stay use it just to get a bad nights sleep and a terrible shower. We stayed her with a group tour and the advertised tariff was €130. I honestly don't know what else is out there but there has to be better. Only positive thing... More

very small and old room !! thousands of small rooms in the same floor , it seems rather a prison and not hotel .This hotel desperately needs to be renovated or closed. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Ive tayed in a room on the third floor that was old and stuffy. The furniture was broken and the... More

Located in the heart of Nice. You could reach easily to the beaches and old town in 5 minutes walk. Hotel is old and so as the furnitures. Hotel is Convenient with regards to location but do not guarantee a comfortable sleep. Rooms even do not have a fridge..Do not prefer to stay once more.. One strange observation is the... More
