Rooms are very small. Breakfast is not for recommend. The sound proof is poor. You could hear everything even a guest climb with stair. Location is not bad. You do not afraid some unemployed people in the street corner in the night. The price is overrated. more

A very pleasant hotel. I stayed 3 nights with a friend. Staff were very friendly and dealt with our requests perfectly. They are also doing a promotion at the moment where they give you a free wi-fi pass everyday on request. This was another pleasant surprise as we were expecting the usual 11 euros a day charge. Lovely rooms which were spotless and a nice big bathroom. Wardrobe space was somewhat limited but this was only a minor issue. Perfect location for mooching around the main shopping street in Nice and within easy access of the Old Town. Great central location for your trip to Nice more

We spent one night there and it was ok, nothing more, nothing less. The room was clean enough (though it smelled funny, can’t say exactly what it was) but really small and the bathroom was tiny. An ok place for the price, not so cheap but no so bad considering we were in Nice city center in August. more

Had two seperate stays at the beginning and end of a two week trip after flying into Nice. Functional hotel - clean but very tiny rooms. Small bed, tiny bathroom with shower.
