We flew out to Nice on 27th June and stayed at the Little Palace for 5 nights. We met up with friends who were competing in the Ironman Nice Competition on Sunday 28th June and therefore needed to be close to the Promenade. This hotel is perfectly situated and is only a 5-10 minute walk from both the beach and... more

The Little Palace met our needs. Although the room was small, the three of us managed just fine. The bathroom was well-appointed, but we found the shower to be tricky. We were disappointed, however, by the lack of staff assistance. They were disinterested in answering or making recommendations about anything. When we asked for restaurants, the front desk told us... more

Spent just 1 night at the Little Palace prior to flying home after a cruise and found it to be very nice for just 95euro in late June. Location is literally half way between the beach and the rail station - and either is about an 8-10 minute walk. I suppose we would have enjoyed a location a bit closer... more

Took room 406 - a double. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean and pleasant. The bathroom was well-appointed and there was a good supply of towels etc. the room was cleaned daily and the towels etc. changed each day. The room I was in was very quiet - helped by the efficient doors and shutters - these... more

Hotel is located in a nice residential neighbourhood, very close to the promenade and the rooms are very decent and clean. The photograph of the hotel on this page does not do justice, it is much nicer. Definately recommended more

We have just returned from a 3 night break here. The location is excellent, we caught the 99 bus from the airport (4 euro) to the Gare SNCF - railway station. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk south of the train station. Use google maps (street view) To get your bearings. The hotel wa clean, our room was... more

We found this hotel based on the reviews on Tripadvisor. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel and room was very clean, we were surprised with the quality for a 2 star hotel. It is very close to the station and very easy to find. The beach is not too far away. The room we stayed in came with... more

There were four of us and the room was small but worked. The staff was not friendly and almost cold. The best part about our stay here was the location. Parking was nearby but not included in the price of the hotel. more

We stayed for 4 nights, had a spacious room on the second floor overlooking the street. The room had 2 beds, bathroom was a good size but as previous people have mentioned, had no shower curtain which is very common in France. We found the staff were very friendly and helpful, managed to find parking on neighboring streets at night.... more

Hotel Little Palace is a short walk from the main train station - cross the road, take the stairway down and go straight ahead 8-10 mins walk. Our room was very stuffy and when we enquired why, were told they turn the air-con off after the hot season. The bathroom had a shower over the bath with no shower curtain... more
