Nice hotel, staff were helpful and patient with us and very tolerant of our poor french!! The hotel is central for the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops and also the train station. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we never ate at the hotel. I would stay here again though.

We stay 3 nights at this lovely hotel. The room was quite small but arranged well and comfortable. The bathroom had a tiny shower but it work well, no water on the bathroom floor. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Nice, within walking distance of the trainstation. The staff was very friendly as well. However, the room was spacious but not spotlessly clean and breakfast wasn't very good (not a lot of options, not fresh and the breakfast area was very small).

Visited Nice for 2 days Mar 21-22, 2013 and stayed at Grand hotel le Florence, I was disappointed on room service I.e toilet bad smell, internet very very slow, the bed is old and sink into the mattress, I will not be there again.
