The employees were lovely and showed me on a map everywhere to visit. They stored my bags for the day happily and made sure I got on the right bus for the airport. The fridge in my room worked, the wifi was free AND it worked, the air conditioning worked. I had a sea view room with a wonderful view.... More

Hi everyone. Me and my 2 friends just stayed in the Hotel Magnan in Nice. Yes,the hotel does needs a bit of DIY,but it is a very good two star hotel. Our room was very clean. We had a triple room on the top floor. It was a really good size with a lovely view over the mountains. When we arrived,we noticed... More

My wife and I visited again in early April for 5 nights in room 62 on the top floor and with a tremendous sea view. The hotel was nearly empty as recent weather in Nice had been a bit iffy and as a result we had a sizeable discount from the usual competitive rate making it even better value for... More

Our third visit to the hotel this year. Having been before we know exactly what to expect and we were not disappointed. We were in room 63 on the top floor with a brilliant view across to Cap Villefranche and the lighthouse. The rooms are brilliantly clean and towels are changed every day. Yes, the bathroom is small with a... More

Booked this hotel due to the good reviews. We were so disappointed when the taxi pulled up, it doesn't look great from outside and the reception area is very poor. We had booked a room with a balcony and sea view but we were told by the guy on reception that this was impossible and there was only a basic... More

The hotel is very clean, the staff are very nice. The man in the front desk helped us with reservations several times. Basically, you get what you paid for. Small, clean, close to the water. If you are ok walking, it's about 15 min walk from old city where all the action is. The bathroom is small, but clean. The... More

The room is very basic but very close to everything. The beach was just across the street and in the lobby the hotel provided umbrellas and mats/pads for sun bathing that you could take to the beach free of charge. We had a room with a balcony and an ocean view but the ocean view was not direct but it... More

This little gem was perfect for the non-complainer. The room was tiny but extremely clean. The room breakfast consisted of a Crossiant and cup of coffee served in the room for 8 Euros but enjoyable to sit on the balcony, watching the Sea. If you wanted more, there was a great restaurant right next door. Don't arrive late, the front... More

Just a 15 mins bus ride from the airport and the last bus is 23:50 from terminal 2, which fitted perfectly with our flight time. We were greeted at the hotel by a very friendly gentleman (the owner) who showed us to our room and told us we could sort everything the next morning as it was very late. The... More
