This old hotel is being completely renewed. Not expensive and about 10 mins away from city centre by tram. Nothing to eat at night at the hotel and no restaurants around the area. Tram is a 7 minute walk Nearest fast food is like 12 mins Too bad no fridges are in rooms. I would have preferred they clean a... More

We stayed here on our way to the Monaco Grand Prix. The room was spacious but rather utilitarian - basic but functional. The breakfast was ok. We complained as we stayed 2 nights and there was no hot water so we had to make do with a lukewarm baths. It may have been something to do with being on the... More

We spent one night in Esatitude hotel in Nice, France. We were driving from Montpellier towards Italy and Nice was a good place for a stop over. We selected Esatitude hotel after reading Trip Advisor reviews. The hotel is not exactly in the city centre, but you can take the tram to the city and the tram stop is very... More

We were exhausted when we came to Nice after a long train journey, and I did not know what to expect from our hotel. When we finally found our hotel we were amazed about our room. It was clean, fresh, modern, spacious and it had a balcony. The location is a bit away from the beach and old town, but... More

We stayed at the Esatitude Hotel for 7 nights in June this year. While rather basic and functional, the hotel is modern and spacious (though it doesn't have many rooms). Our room was large, comfortable and kept clean for the most part. It seems the weekend cleaning staff are perhaps lacking the same level of motivation (and possibly training) as... More

This hotel is truly exceptional as it hires mentally handicapped staff. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are large and comfortable but above all the staff is exceptional. From the time you sign in to the time you check out, they are there to help you. A special thanks to Nadine the receptionist who has been the most helpful... More

I book this hotel on booking.com n have no idea abt this, except it is affordable. But when I arrvived, I see that the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful. I felt happy at the first time I when to Nice when I met them. It takes me only 2 minutes to go to tram, that connecting all places... More

We stayed here for one night recently. Very good location, only about 5/6 stops on tram line from old town of Nice and promendade. Safe underground parking. free wi-fi. Room was spacious, clean and modern and our room (think it was 502) had a lovely little balcony with a table and chairs. Would definately stay there again if return to... More

We booked for 2 nights but decided to stay for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. Breakfast is good with a variety to satisfy all taste. The hotel is minutes away from the old town and the beach. Staff are very helpful. Nice hotel!!!

We (two adults and one teenager) stayed at this hotel for two nights on our driving tour of France. The hotel has a underground parking garage and is fairly easy to maneuver. The hotel is outside the city center in a residential area, there is a large super market just across the street. The tram stop is a 5 minute... More
