It took us a long time to find this hotel, away from the center. Secure parking inside ($8/nite), room is spacious, but could be noisy, on a busy street. Great value! Rooms were clean with all standard conveniences. If you have a car the hotel has good, secure parking onsite and only a short drive to the beach and main tourist area in Nice. No view of anything exciting but if you want an affordable night this is the way to go.

It's not a problem to find a parking place near the hotel. Wifi is free but don't forget to take password on receiption. Hotel is situated on the cross of 2 streets, so it would be a problem to sleep with open windows. Hotel is quite far from center, but clean, modern-interier and worth it's money. This hotel is very modern, clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast area is nice and the breakfast is average. You can walk to the center of town, 10-15 mins walk. In total, we had a great stay.
