One tram stop from Nice Ville station (though luggage is discourage on trams). Room small with no view to speak of, bathroom comprised of the essentials and a bad smell, as though someone had been smoking and the fumes had been combatted with cleaning spray. Staff were very helpful and spoke a number of languages. Room was ok but did have an odd smell coming from the bathroom (although once we opened the window it was ok). Otherwise it was very good value for a one night stop over and within walking distance of the train station. We would stay again. More
