After a stressful year my husband and I needed time to relax and Nice was the perfect destination. The Hotel Boreal is situated in one of the many lovely C19th streetscapes off the main shopping streets and yet it was blissfully quiet. The best things about the hotel boreal are its location and its cleanliness. stayed 8 nights , back rm in the old part of hotel so was very quiet, but no lift so had to climb 65 steps to room. No english channels on T.V..Breakfast was adequate, location was excellent.staff very helpful. towels for beach avail free at reception. worth saying here. more
