The location near the west end of the Promende des Anglais is very good, and the price is reasonable (as with all Ibis), but this hotel was not quite up to usual Ibis budget standards (and we've stayed in many). The rooms were very sparce, bathrooms not as clean and up to date, and missing that usual crisp, clean feel.

Although the hotel offers limited amenities in the room, the rooms are very spacious and well-kept with just a 2 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais Beach Area. Right across the Avenue des Anglais, far from the center but the bus stop is right outside the hotel. Clean rooms, French breakfast (very little meat and many dairy), paid parking in front of the hotel which I recommend you to get a subscription from the parking reception to go cheaper. We enjoyed our stay here in Nice for two nights, good budget hotel as part of a tour. Basic breakfast but tasty with some nice options. We enjoyed the rare European double bed and massive room. Great location one block back from the beach. Walk about 30 minutes into town. Great brasserie down the road for dinner. Would stay again.
