Staying in Room 105 with its lovely balcony was perfect. The hotel is old world charm personified and the staff are very welcoming. Breakfast is great with a good variety of hot and cold food. The coffee machine provides excellent cappuchinos. We were 10 minutes from Vieux Nice and an easy 3 block walk to the bus stop for the... More

This was a really pleasant place to stay. Great old building. It's a mom-and-pop place and they are very helpful. Also very walkable to everything. A bit of a walk to the train station but still doable. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

Close to everything, shops walking distance to old town, great breakfasts, great value for money and full of character and old world charm. Clean and staff that went out of their way to help, highly recommended.

stayed in this hotel for a week and was quite happy with the hotel. Unusually, there were tea and coffee making facilities- haven't had these before, in other hotels I've stayed at in Nice. The room was a pretty good size also, and again, compared to other boutique hotels in Nice, the r suite bathroom was a very decent size.... More

This hotel is a converted mansion and our room was an odd shape with the window in the corner. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but the breakfast room very cramped. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the room but only expresso cups. When we asked for bigger cups we were refused. Why?... More

As several other reviewers have already stated, the best part of this Hotel is its position. A few minutes to walk to the main street, 10/15 mins walk to either the railway station or the Promenade des Anglais. An older style Hotel but I had a very comfortable room on the 5th floor. Breakfast choices were fairly limited and might... More

I was happily surprised with the lovely interior decorating and overall condition. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The location is only a 10 minute walk to old town and about the same to the train station. Incredible price for all that this hotel is. I'd definitely stay there again!

Just back from a 3 night break in Nice and found this Hotel perfect for our short break. The room was fine, and very clean with Tea/Coffee making facilities, Bathroom was spotless and towels were changed every day. While there was a great choice of Continental Breakfast we found the room itself was very small especially at peak times. We found... More

Easy access to main parts of Nice - airport bus stop, old town, and sea. Rooms small but adequate. Wifi good. Sound proofing between rooms poor - easily hear doors, shower, toilet etc Breakfast ok but in enclosed room without natural light. Reasonable value. Nice staircase. Bit tired Nothing to write home about

Just back from a four night stay in this nice little hotel. I have stayed before so I knew what to expect. The location is great, near the shops and about 10 mins walk to the train station and the bus stops close by. Same distance to old town and promenade in the other direction. We had a twin room...
