The hotel is very well located in the city centre. The room we had was a superior one, so we had a few extra meters to move around. The room was clean and freshly refurbished but there was a bad smell in the bathroom in the morning. The elevator is an antique one; take it if you really cannot do... More

Hotel Le Seize is a nice little hotel perfect for a short stay. Staff are welcoming and friendly helping us where ever possible. The hotel is however located on a busy street and can be quite noisy throughout the night and into the early hours of the morning, I would not recommend staying on level 1. Also note that the... The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Place Massena. It seems to have been renovated recently. The room was clean, but in the morning there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Another minus, since we are at this chapter, was the very old elevator (if you are claustrophobic, take the stairs). On the whole, the hotel is... More

The location of the hotel is very central. Moments away from the main shopping strip, a short walk to the promenade/beach and under 10mins to old town. A bus from the airport stops at Albert Garden which is just a short walk through the park to the hotel. The staff were very helpful with telling me what was around the... More

The hotel is located close to the promenade. Not far from the Nice ville station as well. The rooms are comfortable and were equipped with Air cons. Overall a pleasant stay and we might stay here again.

We stayed there for a couple of nights in May just before the festival. We had a clean room, without a view cause the hotel is in a side street. Location was very central though. Breakfast room is very nice and the pool is on the rooftop (quite small). Nothing memorable - polite staff but again nothing special.

Pros: The location is great, a quick walk to the beach. The rooms were recently redone, which was nice...but they did have an odd scent (con) Cons: The odd scent mentioned above, terrible breakfast with limited options, the elevator is basically only for luggage use as it's old and unreliable, and the worst con: the staff was just rude...they seemed... I choose this hotel for its location and quite cheap price level. When we arrived staff (young girls) in reception were little amateurish and not very friendly but we got everything what we asked. Even hotel is located old building and it is just renovated from inside. Double room were small but clean ,new and modern. Bath were particularly small... More

revisited the hotel in May this year. it's still as good as ever. the rooms have been upgraded and even the shower has a new glass surround. always lots of hot running water. room cleaned each day, and the towel fairy also comes every day and leaves more than enough towels. about 20 french channels on the flat-screen HD TV... We were upgraded to a comfort room upon arrival and were very pleased with it. A nice big shower and new furnishings make it feel like a 4 star hotel! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The negatives are only minor, picky things: - - some parts of the room (walls, architraves etc) weren't well finished, - the... More
