The budget hotel has a very good location - close to the pedestrian zone (great shops in Rue Massena) and to the sea (Promenade, Hotel Negresco), but quiet. We had a big room on the top level 5 with separate beds, while without balcony but with even a sofa and a kitchen and big bathroom. I would come back again. More
