We found this hotel on Booking.com and chose it because it was near where we needed to be on several of the days we were in Nice. It turns out that the location is wonderful. Across the promenade is the beach and beach bar/restaurant and the hotel is right on the edge of the old town with all its shops,... More

I was torn between giving the hotel a 3 or a 4 rating but eventually went for a 3. The main reasons are because the room was quite small and there was no view, despite supposedly being a 'superior' room. It also had a leak in the ceiling (possibly because of the air-conditioning). The room wasn't cheap either - possibly... More

Very helpful staff (forgot her name) and very smooth check-in. Spacious and clean in the Superior room at the corner.Very good air-conditioning. Had a room facing the Hotel de ville. Had seen a few new wedding couples passed by, shared their joy and happiness.

We went for Christmas & New year, the location is optimal you are right behind the Opera house (if you're in Nice... book a show) The Flower market and Flea Market are the next street 3-5 min walk. The town center where the shopping booths and the food stalls is 5-7 min walk. The best part is the view from... More

I'm spending 6 weeks in the south of France and staying in a variety of locations. This has been an under whelming visit. The hotel has a very strange layout, rooms are definitely on the small side. Not quaint, small. The workmen try and keep the noise to a minimum but it's always going to impact on current guests. Breakfast... More

Small hotel with excellent location. Close to the "marché aux fleurs" market. Very friendly staff. Always smiling and service minded. Rooms are clean and tidy but rather smallish. Good choice for breakfast.

I stayed here for a week while attending a conference. The hotel is very reasonably priced for a seafront hotel in Nice and there are wonderful views of the beach as you exit the hotel. My room was on the ground floor, which was a bit unusual, but not a problem. The room itself was comfortable with all amenities. It... More

This is a small but well located hotel next to the Opera House and the flower market with its abundance of good restaurants and bars. The hotel has friendly staff,it is clean and comfortable but it is not cheap. The Privilege rooms, which within this chain are supposed to offer the guests the extra comforts which should come with the... More

Situated right on the promenade on the edge of old town, very close to the opera and the open market with flowers and many restaurants. We had a spacious room and nicely appointed room with large windows and sea view. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was large and comfortable. The wireless service was weak in the room, but... More

The hotel overall was very good, clean and quiet. The room's furniture looks good, the room itself is very tiny, but okay. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. What was very negative was the breakfast: there were no croissants, no baguettes, the water bottles were empty, the fruit salad was finished, etc. The breakfast might have been good, but... More
