I go to Nice once or twice a year and have always been advised to go to the Nesgresco if not to stay, at least for a meal. So on good recommendation my family went along for the the Friday evening Rotunde where we could sit outside and have the BBQ dishes. I chose John Dory which was good however... More

We were only in Nice for one night for an early flight departure. We booked a room at the Negresco, since we enjoy staying at one of The Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel and room were shockingly disappointing. First we got a grand tour of the "world famous" art collection in the hotel by a lovely concierge. Almost... More

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is unashamedly un-modern - in fact it seems to be a key part of the history of the area. I have stayed in many concrete, chrome and fancy shop-fittings sort of hotels. This isn't one of them. The room felt comfortable and not sterile - the bed was really great to sleep... More

Had only a breakfast here, but it was wonderful. Great buffé, great service and great view! Something I really can recommend for those of you just want to feel the fantastic aura of the beatiful Negresco hotel. Take a few minutes also to go inside, its really worth the effort. The great hall is in mint condition and richly decorated... More

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2015 and had 2 rooms, one single and one double room on the 4th floor. My first impressions weren’t great- I was on holidays with my parents who arrived 3 hours later than me. When I tried to check in into the hotel, they didn’t let me do that because the reservation... Negresco is a hotel with a great history. If you wish to go swimming the beach is just across the street. Breakfast is nice but make sure you book your room and breakfast as a package. If breakfast is not included in your room price, 30 euros do not justify the quantity of food being offered during breakfast. Staff is... More

We recommend a trip to the Hotel Negresco, an iconic landmark along the promenade, known for its authentic antique furniture and uber luxury Stop for an aperitif or just a coffee stop at the La Rotonde Brasserie with the carrousel fairground theme, exceptional service and no doubt the prices reflect this stunning hotel however new menus from €38 euro lunchtime specials... We stayed for one night on the Cockerel themed floor (each one is animal themed) Our room was a surprise of bright pink velour walls, deep purple and silver Hollywood glamour style. Our sea view was spectacular. The bed huge and comfy. The bathroom was a hilarious surprise with it's silver glitter and monogrammed fittings including an enormous round bath... More

After staying in Monaco, we headed to Nice for the last two nights of our holiday. We were looking forward to our stay at Le Negresco and weren't disappointed. The staff were first class from the moment we arrived and our courtyard room was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel is very different to any other we've stayed in; the... More

We did not stay in the hotel. Instead, we visited for the lobby art which is impressive and lucked into viewing a special art sale in a salon. Even if not staying in the hotel, we suggest minimally visiting the public areas and enjoying a coffee in their coffee shop. If you enjoy art, you will not be disappointed.
