The price of the hotel and a beautiful view cannot compensate the low standard of the room! Rooms in this hotel are just terrible, noisy, too cold in winter, to hot in summer. Last time water kept on dripping in the radiator all night long. Staff is utterly not interested in problem solving, and wi-fi is just NOT working in... More

I booked this hotel following recommadation from my family in law. I needed to find two rooms for last week-end (19 to 20 /12/15) The proposed fees for two rooms with sea view was wonderful : 124 € for two rooms. Hôtel as a free parking. It is located near the Harbour, near ancient town. Superbe !

Chose the hotel for the quiet location and enclosed parking, as well as the affordable price. We were not expecting to find such a lovely place and were very pleasantly surprised. We plan to go back for a few days of vacation soon.

Great location with lots of car parking. Interesting history of the place. Interestingly, reception, dinning room and bar all very modern. Bedrooms reflect the previous owners ( nuns ) and need a complete refurbishment. Courtyard rooms suffer from noisy air conditioning units as well as poor view - well, there is non to speak of. However, its very convenient for... More

The hotel has fabulous sea views and is only a short walk from the port. The bedrooms are dated and could do with some refurbishment but this is reflected in the price. That said, although basic, the rooms are perfectly adequate, spacious and clean. If you get a room with a sea view and aren't expecting the Ritz at B&B... More

We were two women staying here and we had some problems getting our bags up to the reception (be aware there is a ramp). Ample and easy parking is a bonus, as is the location if you arrive by car. If you are waking at night - the area on the waterfront to the Port area of Nice is a... More

The hotel was as I expected it to be. Lovely location. Lovely views from bedroom and terrace and warm enough to sit out to have dinner in the evenings. From the reviews I had read I wasn't expecting the bedrooms to be plush, but ours was more than adequate, we were very fortunate in having room 322. This was a... More

Shabby room level of 1 star hotel. Laying on the bed is not different from sleeping on the ground. Complains unlistened. Free wifi .. But there is not wifi in the room. Worst experience ever (traveling 50 times a year!). Very disappointed finding out that there is a nice and recently refurbished wing. It doesn't worth a coin. Much better... More

We had a perfect couple of days in this hotel. The slightly shabby outside of the hotel one can see when using the side entrance, the old wooden shutters and the lack of air conditioning were a PLUS for us, adding to the charm and sense of history. I read a previous commentary and I cannot remember any problem with... More

St Paul represents a hotel in the grip of change as at August 2015. The meals are excellent overall, and I have never had a better Pork(Black Pig) Fillet with Sweet Potato in my life. The breakfast is quite simple and pleasant and the ambience with the alfresco area is excellent. I will return to see if things have changed... More
