I was worried when I saw the bad reviews, but the room was ok. No frills but clean.plenty of towels, soap and loo roll, replaced every day. Shame an effort wasn't made to improve the courtyard ? View, even a few pot plants would help. I was very relieved that the noisy ducting went off at night otherwise it would have been impossible to... More

This hotel seems to cop a lot of flack but generally I think it's pretty good value for money. Some points mentioned are true, the rooms aren't the largest, you can knock the shower tap with your butt, internet connectivity is a bit up & down, breakfast is extra and a sea view at an extra 20 Euros per night... This place needs a serious upgrade to make it great. Firstly the views are fantastic and the food is great. Absolutely no complaints here. The staff were friendly although other reviews say not. But, when you run out of toilet paper it's not funny. Staff never replaced it from the day before. The TV had one channel and when I... More

We stayed at this hotel in mid Dec. This hotel is quite convenient to reach. From the Nice Ville train station, we can take bus no 30 which stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel is right in front of the beach so it's really lovely. We had requested for a sea view room. Checkin was fast and... More

Good views from the rooms but rooms are very basic with uncomfortable beds and the tiniest shower I have ever seen, even by European big city and basic hotel standards. The biggest problem is the unfriendliness of all the staff who makes it feel like every small request is asking for a big favor from them. Also WIFI hardly works... More

My friend and I spent 10 days in late October here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We walked or took the bus everywhere from here. Sitting on the deck in the sunshine was definitely a highlight. Our room was spotless and totally adequate with a sea view and a great value for the money. Everyone at the hotel was most... More

Whilst on holiday in Brittany we took a week out to travel south, staying at a different location each night. We travelled some 2,500 miles during that week, and so this review is based on a one night stopover in the hotel. Le Saint Paul (previously called Maison du Seminaire) is located close to the port at Nice, within easy... More

My daughter and I had a short break here last weekend and had a terrific time. The rooms are adequate and spotlessly clean, great value for money. We found all the staff friendly and welcoming and the food served in the restaurant was yummy. The weather was good, so we ate on the terrace and the views from there and... More

Thi hotel has everthing you need, private bathroom, clean rooms, wifi included. If you need an iron or hair dryer the front desk will lend you one. The location was quiet and was a 10 to 15 max walk to la promenade des anglais. Safe area and several restaurants close to the hotel. The breakfast is very good and you... More
