We were seated on the balcony over looking the sea and it was breathtakingly gorgeous. The breakfast was a large expanse of meats, various pastries, juices, fruits, yogurt, we never left breakfast hungry. The staff at reception and at breakfast are clearly happy in their work, smiling faces and nothing too much trouble. The view from my window was beautiful,... More

Sparse Double Room with most basic fittings, but you'll soon forget once you swing open the oversize antique green shutters to reveal the Million dollar scenery. Watch the massive Corsica and Sardinia Boat ferries shimmy into the port as the sun sets and rises. Very memorable. 130 euros gets you the sea view and a delicious breakfast for two during... More

I enjoy luxury as much as anyone, but it is not my priority when traveling. This hotel offers the typical "Days Inn" toiletries of tiny packages of soap, shampoo, etc., but the beds were very comfortable, the view is incredible, it is a very good location, and at the breakfast buffet their machine dispenses real Tropicana orange juice, not the... Cheap hotel but central and faintly clean (bit mouldy in the shower). Preferred the port as not as many tourist (and water clearer) than the promenade. Internet only worked occasionally in the foyer. Great restaurants and locals in this area. No aircon but nice sea breeze.

I think the good reviews of this place must be fake as this hotel really is in a poor state. The staff are incredibly rude, certainly the receptionist we encountered could do with learning some hospitality skills (or basic manners). The location is actually quite far our of town, a good 25min walk really to the main restaurant areas, 10... More

This reasonably-priced hotel is situated in a quiet area of Nice yet it was only a 5-minute walk to the port area filled with fun restaurants and a 15-minute walk to the beach and promenade. The public areas of the hotel were sharp and modern. Our small garden view room was pleasant but it could use some updating. We enjoyed... More

Well picked me!.A delightful gem of a hotel just out of the way of the bright lights. Walking distance still from port old town and Prom des Anglais. I am almost worried about reccomending this hotel as it means that it will be too popular in the future. Just enough "old world charm" and ambience versus modern needs in a... More

My husband and l stayed here for four nights 3years ago and thought this hotel was very good. Fabulous location at a very reasonable price. Restaurant good value with excellent food. beautiful terrace. Rooms are a little sparse but if you pay the extra for a sea view this more than compensates. After all you don't go to Nice to... More

Very nice sea view, many parking spaces in the courtyard, nice personal, quiet location, nice terrace for breakfast, room size OK. Dog friendly. Unfortunately no fridge, no hairdryer. Little choice for breakfast. From the parking to the entrance many stairs: not for the weak legs and a lot of luggage. A little far to walk to downtown. I would stay... More

It was a lovely place to stay, with beautiful panorama right to the sea. It is not far away from the city center of Nice. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed to be there. It is a great value for the price. Only the internet connection was poor, but if you have this view to the sea, it is... More
