After a mishap about rooms, which was sorted very quickly we had a great time here. Breakfast could have been better. Lovely location and about 10 minutes from town centre. Very clean room with a great shower. Was surprised no coffee and tea in the rooms, good job we took our own. Staff friendly and willing to help you if... More

Stayed here as a base to Monaco. Pros: - Right in front of the beach. - Very modern fixtures. - Good free wifi. - Quad room with a double bed, pull out single bed and a roll away single bed still had good space to walk around. Big closet. Cons: - Too far from old town. It's a good 25mins... More

Modern and cosy hotel just a few metres from the sea (which my son really appreciated!). The room was spacious and clean. We had a room facing the Alpes which was okay, but I think the seaview would have been much better. Very friendly staff. If I have to mention one thing which was not so good, it has to... More

My husband and I recently returned from a very enjoyable break in Menton. The hotel is on the very end of Menton and around a 20 minute walk to the town center, but it is a very pleasant stroll down the promenade. We stayed in the superior sea view room - it's not very big but has everything you need... More

The hotel is stylish having enjoyed a recent makeover yet had character. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast good if a bit expensive. Was just able to squeeze in one night weekender with my wife, so flew to Nice and looked for place with the character of the old Riviera and picked Menton - 35 minutes from Nice... More

Lovely hotel, staff are every pleasant and the hotel has a great seafront location. We drove and were lucky enough to get a parking spot, however there are literally 8/9 spots for the whole hotel so if you go out for the day you risk losing your space which isn't really clear when booking. Our 'mountain view' room wasn't really... More

My second stay at the hotel, which continues to impress with good quality accommodation, lovely views across the bay, and a really good breakfast buffet on the terrace. The 'Petit Prince' restaurant downstairs is to be recommended. Visiting rugby fans should be sure to pay a visit to the grave of the game's founder, William Webb Ellis, who is laid... More

Prince de Galles was a very nice experience. The rooms are newly renovated. The traffic outside is noisy but the rooms are almost soundproof. Be sure to get a room with sea view - it's fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Service at the reception was excellent. The hotel is located appr. 1,5 km away from the Old Town -... More

Particularly friendly staff made us feel very welcome. First rate breakfast - someone there knows how to prepare scrambled eggs with plenty of butter, although we suspect he went off-duty before we left. The hotel is at the quiet end of a quiet town. During the day the No.18 bus goes all along the front (nearly to Italy) at intervals... More
