The staff were friendly and my room was clean and had apartial ocean view. Breakfast was good. (Am I crazy for thinking it would be included if I had the "bed and breakfast" rate, though?) There is a small parking lot next door and I parked my rental car there with no problem. All in all a nice spot. more

We stayed for an excellent week at Easter 2009. We requested an upper floor room with a sea view and we were delighted with our room - fifth floor corner room with balcony and sliding doors on two sides both with sea views. Without fail, all the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Some road noise at front and back... more

I agree with most of the positives about this hotel. Reception freindly and helpful, our large dog no problem, parking under the hotel tight for our Espace but ok for €8 per night. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. Furniture good, bathroom adequate and clean. Service absolutely fine, location superb. Niggles are the... more

This was our first stay in this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a well run, privately owned hotel with lovely rooms and helpful and friendly owners and staff. The breakfast is very good with a good choice. Ours was a corner room with a large balcony along two sides of the room - one a sea view,... more

After a disappointing experience in Antibes, we were delighted to be in this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent and we loved having breakfast on our terrace each morning watching the sun rise! A sea view is essential. My only negative comment (mildy) is decor, which is a bit tired. We would definitey... more

I have stayed in this hotel on three occasions, seafront rooms. Very enjoyable stay in this modern family run establishment. No need to stay in Nice, regular buses almost outside the entrance. Station is a downhill walk, but no buses or taxis. I cannot recommend too highly. more

We stayed for 2 nights and were very happy with our choice. We were mainly looking for somewhere reasonably priced to visit Monaco/Nice. This hotel was perfect for that. We were in Room 15 (sea view), very comfortable. Our only negative is that we are fresh air fanatics and because Room 15 is on the first floor (and considered easily... more

Very comfortable and attractive family-run hotel right on the seafront promenade. Rooms are modern and well laid out. Although a busy road runs in front of the hotel, it's fairly quiet at night. Ask for a room on the upper floors -- from the 6th floor you only see the sea and the porch is open to the sky. The... more

Returned yesterday from Menton where we stayed for 4 days. Booked room with a sea view which was a good choice because the "mountain views" are at the back of the hotel and whilst you can see the mountains... it overhangs the road.. Our room (15) was clean, with excellent aircon - and large enough for us to feel it... more

We have just returned from a very pleasant 3 night stay at The Hotel Princesse & Richmond. We chose this hotel after reading the good comments made by previous guests on Trip Advisor and a quick look at their website. We emailed the hotel our reservation and received a prompt and very pleasant reply. Check in was quick, easy and... more
