We (partner and 21 month toddler) stayed here for a week in June 2008. The grounds were lovely with neatly landscaped, clean, well kept gardens. It is situated right beside a water inlet so there's boats and people fishing on the river. As regards the apartment itself, this was very disappointing. We reserved a one bedroom apartment. We stayed at Les Rives de Cannes in May 2003. The apartment (1 bedroom) appeared newly decorated, was nicely furnished and very clean. Small bathroom, but separate toilet. Lounge/kitchen diner with good selection of cookware and access to furnished balacony overlooking the river. Grounds and location excellent. Very good value for money.
