Slightly shabby but in some ways that adds to its charm. Nice big room and bathroom with bath. Loved la Napoule. Pretty area, lots of free parking and very easy access to Cannes. Nice breakfast served outside. Very good value for this area of France

Stayed here for a weekend in September. Lovely location 2 minutes from the beach, and perfect for the Xterra triathlon which starts nearby. The owners were friendly and helpful, the breakfast lovely, and all for around €50 a night, bargain! Would definitely visit again.

This was the fourth visit to this lovely hotel, and we are just as pleased as before. Friendly, clean, very nice breakfast - you name it. At a very nice price, too. And our friends, there for the first time, were just as happy. February is the time to enjoy all the mimosas in flower in the surroundings!

The other review can only be confirmed. The Parisiana offers a great value for money, clean rooms with all needed comfort for an unbeatable price in this high price area. Reception is friendly and familiar. Ask for the biggest room with its own private terrace. Highly recommended!
